The Bad smell in the bathroom. No have hot water in the early morning at the bathroom . After midnight the hot water become less hot and at early morning it become cold

good location and breakfast! Smell coming from air conditioner, smelled of mold.

The place is very comfortable. and the food is good. Great pool area, and the staff speaks decent English. The experience is definitely worth the price tag, and the location is very good too. less than 1k away from Terminal 21 and close to the beach coast. One thing that I can say is there were some repairs being done, and some of the hallways were a bit obstructed, but only on 1 floor, and it really didn't affect my experience at all. Outside of that, everything was perfect.

Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and staff were nice.. Location bit out of the way but ok. Good value for money. Can't really complain. Was nice place for the money.

Customer service was great, from the staff helping us with our luggage, to being greeted with smiles all the time. Room was spacious, and AC was great in the heat. Breakfast had different varieties, like chicken rice porridge, pad Thai, some fruits, eggs. It was enough for us every morning. Pool is nice too! I only wish we had a chair and table in our room because we only had two beds, so when we ate takeaway in our room, we sat on the floor. There would have been plenty of space for a table too.

Staff very nice good services morning restaurant all over hotel All fine its still eslking distence from city center north pattaya but quiet and relaxed. Pool not do buisy and sunbefs no problem !! Most visitors asian people they donot go sunbathing !!

Every wish was fullfilled immediately decoration on bef for 45 years wedding anniversary. Was problem with waterbin bathroom. 5 minutes later come to repair. My husband needed emergency ambulance to hospital. Only 5 min later in front of hotel room recommandef the best hospital in pattaya. !!! B fast aleays helpful with opening the doors as it is self service bringing missing items to table clean tablrs frequently I had to fill up a water bottle with water in the b fast room as i cannot ballance two glasses to tabel ( little shaking!!! One staff told me not to do but did not make any sign to bring two glasses to our tabel. The problem is staff generally do not speak english at all. !!! At reception some staff english ok some staff nothing !! Working in tourisme must. Be in responsible position able to speak English this is for all thailand !!!!

Rooms were big, Clean & Comfortable. The staffs were nice. Pool timing should be extend to 10pm at least.

Not much, but hotel could be ok if…. Shower water very hot, then after 5 sec very cold, 5 sec very hot that would go on for no reason, and pool very dirty with unclear water, disgusting , I told about the shower issue they told me they would look at it, but that’s all they did , nothing changed , not even sure if they looked at it, so I moved to another hotel

Great location, just 7 minutes walk to Terminal 21 mall. Easy to catch public pickup car to the mall, Pattaya beach, 10 THB. The room was very clean and it is refreshed on daily basis. The breakfast spread was not good enough. Not much appetizing. During the stay, there were zero interactions from the staff. Not even smiling or greeting while we passing by. The same situation at the breakfast, no greeting, no interaction.

Thai people as always and nice big room. Average location.
