Mold on the walls, no hot water, no internet, water leaking next to the bed from the ac soaks the floor and make it super slippery.

I liked how the property was on a hill but it definitely came with a catch, the motor-taxi ride will really make you hold on for your life. Location is a few minutes away from the Uluwatu strip so it's definitely not walking friendly. What I loved about this place was their Nasi Goreng, really really good and I would say the best I had during my Bali stay. Rooms are outdated as against photos posted here. Perhaps they used to look like that when it was new but with wear and tear, I'm not surprised they look a bit dated. Curtains were faulty and not all built-in hooks are working anymore. Air-conditioning was pleasant but not as cold as you want it to be after a day out at the beach. Toilet and bath was cleaner than expected so that's a plus but doors are a bit difficult to close. Mold was not present, like what the other reviews mentioned, they more water stains than mold is what I would say. I thought I had booked an all-female dorm but to my surprise, it was a mixed dorm. After a long motor-taxi ride from Canggu to Uluwatu, I ended up not minding it at all but a heads up at the reception would have been appreciated.

The pool is pretty and the rooms are nice and pretty. We had to turn on the sink tap to have warm water in the shower. It was very loud and splashed everywhere, when we told staff they just told us to run the tap. We also had to personally request for housekeeping to come and they only came 2/5 days. It is RIGHT beside the main road so it is very noisy anytime you are outside. For the price, we were underwhelmed (even with discount) I would stay somewhere else.

Beautiful infinity pool and view of the ocean. Conveniently located on the top of the hill, quick scooter ride or walk to tons of restaurants and facilities. Appreciated the curtain for each bed in the dorms and the large shared bathroom with private toilets and shower rooms. The staff are also so kind and helpful! The property could be a little better maintained. There’s mold inside the showers, and some of the clips for the curtains on the beds are broken/missing.

Very little. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly unacceptable. Most importantly, the photos online are extremely outdated and misleading. While the property shows some basic resemblance, in reality, it is very tacky, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The entire place was dirty. Bins were overflowing, walls were stained, and the reception area was filthy—and worse, 9 times out of 10 there was no one there. You had to ring a bell repeatedly just to get someone’s attention. The service area was always left open, giving an unpleasant view of refuse, used bedding, and other back-of-house mess. Very unprofessional. Our room was never serviced during the stay. It smelled wet and damp, and the air conditioning unit was constantly dripping. The towels smelled unpleasant, and when I asked for fresh ones, I was told there were no replacements available. Only after insisting was I given two mismatched, tattered pool towels that looked like they had been repurposed from something else entirely. Service was consistently poor. I asked the receptionist to arrange a scooter for 8 a.m. the next day. Come morning, nothing had been arranged—apparently not communicated after the shift change. Breakfast was never served on time, often arriving 20–25 minutes late despite scheduling it in advance. All in all, it was a terrible experience. Between the false advertising, lack of hygiene, poor service, and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

It was close to places I wanted to go. The VERY steep hill you had to go up when entering the Hotel.

Good location and very nice place. The pool was very good and clean. Good value for money. I would improve the breakfast as the one thay gave us was a bit poor, but considering the final cost of our stay that was fine.

The view was really great, especially from the swimming pool. The location was great, not in the center of Uluwatu, but still central. There was no kitchen where I could cook, and the beer and water were a bit expensive, with no supermarket nearby.

Bed sheets were clammy and given a rough blanket to sleep with. Bugs crawling on the wall next to the pillow (see images attached) Bugs in the room. Dirty bathrooms. The rooms stank of damp. There was mould everywhere all up the walls and near the beds. Was meant to stay 3 nights here and ended up cancelling my booking and only staying one just because I couldn’t find anywhere else. Would have booked somewhere else if I could have. Weirdly the view is so beautiful and the pool area is so nice so really sad I had to leave here due to the conditions of the room.
