Mahameru Uluwatu

It was a secluded quite area and the staff were very friendly .

Good stay overall, they upgraded our room to the executive suite which was very nice of them, the suite is huge, and the pool was nice. Despite it being huge, it felt outdated and old-fashioned. The breakfast is very limited, spa room was horrible and massage was very bad ( room isnt well equipped ). The pool seatings didnt have cushions wasnt very comfortable. And the road to the hotel is very dark and stranded, not walkable at all.

We were expecting an average place based on the reviews, but we were very surprised of the great attention from the employees, welcome drink, showing balinese culture, and giving recommendations. Overall great experience! Nothing

Everything was excellent ! The hotel was clean,modern and comfy. The location is perfect, 7 min from Padang Padang beach… it tucked away from the noise. The stuff was so professional and went above and beyond. NA

Friendly Staff Breakfast, it has very less menus and the quality is also not good.

It was beautiful in a really good location. The room is super big with a lot of space. All the workers were really nice and kind. We really felt it as a luxury experience The food wasn’t really nice. We had lunch on our check in day. The portion was really small and not so tasty as we thought. We didn’t want to give another chance but probably they can make it better

Staff was very kind

I love that it was close the Savaya the night club. That was the reason why I wanted to stay at the property. It is beautiful with the marble and granite flooring and lots of cabinets for clothing. The bathroom was spacious with a beautiful bathtub. I love that they had a hot water maker to make myself tea in the morning The cleaners used to much soap on the marble flooring and left a thin layer of film. So walking around in the bathroom I almost slipped a few times. I had to take a towel and swipe down my walking areas as to not fall.

Whenever we arrived back at Mahameru Uluwatu, it always felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis secluded from the busy streets. The parking area is huge and felt so welcoming, and stepping into the pool garden area was even more enjoyable. None of our neighbors were partying so it felt very calming and quiet to be on the property. Mahameru is very close to the main attractions of Uluwatu. It was far enough to feel separated from the chaos but close enough for a 5min ride to a yoga class at Alchemy. Pros: we stayed in room 211 which was huge, and located on the corner for the building so our room had a direct view of the ocean which felt so special to wake up to. Cons: it was very windy when we visited so the sliding door to our room constantly rattled. I suggest traveling with Mack earbuds, because once I had those in I was able to sleep throughout the night. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. If you like firm beds you may actually enjoy the bed, but I prefer to feel like I’m sleeping in a cloud. If I could travel with a mattress topper I would. I would still consider staying here again, and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We stayed here for 4 nights. Thank you for having us Mahameru ♥️

Very friendly staffs and clean room. Nice swimming pool and good view for sunsets from my balcony. The hotel is located in a very quite area. The small road connecting from the main road to the hotel is very dark at night. Hotel management team can consider having bigger signs in the main road. It will be easier for guests/ grab driver to identify the way to the hotel.

Clean rooms and friendly staffs The room doors are old-school type with the key, instead of swiping card.

1. The shower would always get flooded due to the blocked drain. 2. I got scammed through the hotel’s chat. Somebody sent me a msg saying that my reservation would be cancelled if I didn’t add my card number for deposit due to security reasons. 3. All four nights I was there I slept incredibly bad due to the hardness of the pillow. I’ve never had this much issues in a place before. I’m definitely not going back.

good: beautiful, quiet, good breakfast, nice views, smart tv bad: bad smell in the room, hot and cold water in the shower is reverse (blue hot, red cold)
