The staff were so friendly and professional and the bar and restaurant area was great. Checking in was easy and helpful. The manager did not assist with complaint at all, she refused to speak to me or deal with the fact that there were people smoking in front of my room. And the location of the room was not disclosed correctly on booking . Com. The area was right next to staff quarters where they can see into the room and you can hear them through the day in their breaks as well as the garbage containers were right behind the room. With 3 ferrel cats climbing into the room area of which should be mentioned due to possible allergies. The overall noise level with staff being next to a semi open bungalow takes away from the whole experience as there was no relaxation. The pool is also right next to the bungalow of which is great that it’s open all night but if people are drinking and swimming and having a good time, you can hear every word of the conversation. This should’ve disclosed so a person can then choose the room type. When I had mentioned noise nothing was done from day 1 of being there and the manager just ignored all my concerns until I checked out. Then I finally got a response to say they won’t refund nor assist. Extremely unprofessional as a manager and unfortunately the marketing on booking . Com does not give you an insight of the room booked and what you truely encounter. Also WiFi issues and power issue on the last day just made it worse but there was a staff member who also mentioned the new villa had WiFi issues from the first day I got there

Good facilities, the pool was nice and I see that a lot of other services were offered (though we didnt avail). Our room was exceptional. The staff wasn't as hospitable as other accommodations we tried in Bali. When we checked in, we did not know who to talk to because the staff just stared at us.

During our four-night stay in Uluwatu, we had the absolute pleasure of staying at Le Bamboo Bali, and it truly became a highlight of our time there. Perfectly located in the heart of Uluwatu, it’s close to shops, restaurants, and the ocean, while still feeling peaceful and connected to nature. We stayed in the bamboo bungalow with a sea view (Room #3), and it was perfect for us. The space included a fridge, two very comfortable beds, and a stunning view overlooking Uluwatu with the ocean in the distance. One of our favorite features was the net overlooking the view, where we could lay back, relax, and take in the scenery — it quickly became a special spot to slow down and enjoy the moment. Waking up to that view each morning set the tone for our entire stay. The restaurant and infinity pool at Le Bamboo were also top notch. Every dish we ordered was healthy, fresh, and delicious, and the 24/7 pool quickly became one of our favorite places to relax — whether soaking in the morning before heading out on adventures or unwinding in the evening after a full day exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we felt cared for and at home. We also loved having the yoga shala right next to our room, which made it easy for my wife and me to enjoy our own yoga practice each morning in such a beautiful setting. We highly recommend Le Bamboo for its location, food, staff, beautiful rooms, and overall atmosphere. Overall, we give Le Bamboo a 9.9 out of 10. Thank you for taking such great care of us and for creating such a sweet place to call home during our dreamy days in Uluwatu. It truly allowed us to slow down, connect with nature, and relax into the moment. The only small downside for us was the bikes provided upon arrival, which were a bit older, so we chose to rent from a nearby shop within walking distance instead.

Very peaceful

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff do great job of keeping the entire property very clean. The surrounding make you feel like you are in a rural part of Bali but then you're just 2 minutes from all amenities on a scooter.

Great location, no construction noise, epic pool, friendly staff. Such cool little bungalows

The unit was beautiful and unique. It felt luxurious to stay here. I also loved that they provided Filtered water through the machine as they tried to be eco friendly. Views were incredible.

As a city dweller, I would highly recommend this place to people want a natural retreat and detox from social media or works.

The ambience and view of Uluwatu. Location and road/path to the hotel or around the area.

The location was great, the pool and view were amazing, the hut was cute. The resort is build on a hill, which is very nice for the views, but please be advised that there are a lot of stairs. Although we had a room with ac, that didn’t mean the room was completely closed off. Since most of it was made of bamboo, there were a lot of holes around the windows and doors, so we had a lot of bugs in the room. Mostly centipedes. Also, the bathroom had an opening to the outside, which is cool, but also had all the bugs come in. And the bathroom stayed really wet after a shower, even till the day after. Lastly, the ac is right above the bed. Basically above your head, which wasn’t too big of a deal for us, but it can be for some.

Great location, good effort for sustainable accommodation, good view to the sunset from the pool edge. It looks great on the photos but the experience is not premium. It's pretty much a self-service hotel. No room service, no music in the common areas, no amenity kits. Rooms could be cleaner as we spotted stained bedding, mosquito nets,, smelly towels. Also, the hut we were given was very dark, barely any daylight was coming through. It didn't feel like a 4-star hotel.
