Very friendly staff and beautiful property

We had the chance to spend two nights in the Bungalow Room, which was such a special experience: beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and the feeling of being completely close to nature. We then spent two nights in the Rajah Suite, which was super luxurious, with a stunning view and incredible high ceilings. Across both experiences, one thing never changed: the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, always happy to help us organise our plans, share great tips, and respond on WhatsApp with amazing reactivity, no matter the time or request. The hotel is a real haven of peace, with a great location, a lovely restaurant, and an excellent à la carte breakfast. Hats off to the whole team, including the owners we had the pleasure of meeting, who also gave us such a warm welcome. We will definitely be back without hesitation.

We had the passion suit that was an amazing private area of the resort. The suit had a lot of room to feel comfortable and relax. The great part about the hotel is that there are not a lot of rooms so the entire area is extremely private and quit. There were several times when we were coming and going and it felt like we had the enite place to ourselves. Prior to our arrival, the staff informed me of an issue within our suit that would not allow us to stay there for the first couple days of out stay. Although I was disappointed, I understood that it was an issue that was completely out of their control. They immediately had another suit to put us in and did everything within their ability to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Upon our arrival, we were informed that they were actually able to correct the issue and we could stay at the passion suit that we had originally booked. That fact that the staff recognized the problem and I am sure went out of their way to ensure that the issue was resolved in order for us to have the suit we booked, was something that we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, the views were great, and the location is excellent, as you can get to a lot of great areas within 15-20 min on a scooter. Thank you to all the staff for being so accommodating and making our stay a memorable one. Nothing.

Clean comfortable hotel

Clean and confort Kayo suit has sewage smell issue. Doors were not fully sealed so lizards can enter . A privacy issue also, cleaning guys just entered without knocking.

The staff was very friendly and they arranged airport pick up for me. The driver was great and I stayed in contact with him and used him for other transportation throughout my trip. The property looks just as stunning in person as it does in the photos. I highly recommend. Nothing. Everything was great.

Service was amazing from start to finish. The hotel and room were spotless and well-maintained/cleaned at all times. It was super easy to order food/drinks via Whatsapp and the staff were very lovely and accommodating. I was on my own and the size of my room was ideal. Probably for two people you'd want one of the bigger rooms or suites. It was very peaceful in the hotel so it's perfect for a relaxing break. The only reason I deducted a point was because one of the two pools in the hotel was closed during my stay, and I only found out about it the day before I arrived. Honestly it was fine in the end as I walked the 2-minute walk to the suites to use the beautiful pool there but if it had been open it would have been 10/10 for Gravity for me!

Nothing makes me more happy than a warm and authentic hospitality. What really makes this place special is their staff, the service is fantastic! Everyone I interacted with was amazing and looked happy to be working there. Everyone was polite and happy to assist you. Fast response on the chat and quick and efficient service. Everyone speak good english and would make sure you are having a good time. The food was very tasty, in special the herb chicken sandwich and the breakfast. Everything tastes good and fresh. Some people they made my staying better was Jey, Wita, Kirani and Sinta from the front office, Leo and Dika from the pool (I hope I got the names right). Their dedication and love for hospitality is reflected in every action and word. The pools are nice and the place gives you the tropical vibes.it’s also no kids so its quiet ambiance. Rooms are clean, sheets smells amazing and the bed was super confortable with a mosquito net around. The ac was working good and was also a tv. I invited over one of my friends that was staying in a hotel closed and she left that hotel to check in at Gravity because she really had a good time and enjoyed the place and the service. I wish all the hotels in Bali have this passion for hospitality. That’s my honest review. The area is little farther from the beach and is a lot of construction everywhere in Uluwatu, but was more about being closed to the training and this place was next door. The bathroom is open, but that’s the concept of the hotel, if you close the door you won’t have any bugs on your room.

pool, location, everything

The design, my room, the bathroom, the deck, the view, the lovely cat and a baby kitten that was there was all so sweet and special to me as an animal lover and advocate back in the states! The pool especially the upper pool by the bar was just exquisite and stylish. The staff so attentive and special. I chose to stay on the grounds more than out and about because it was quiet and peaceful here. This was the one establishment I have stayed on my month in Bali that was adult only and as I am not tolerant at all of kids noises and play and sounds omg this Boutique Hotel was such a pleasure being ADULTS only. I am finding all the families with crying kids and unbehaved kids monopolizing pools come here in high season to Bali. Thank you Bali Eco Gravity Hotel for not allowing kids! I so much enjoyed the peacefulness and use of the pool sans kids!!! I loved the cats too that can be found secretly on the property living their lives. I don't think you can go anywhere in Uluwatu without some sounds of construction. I couldn't believe how much development is happening in Pecatu and Uluwatu in general. I hope the Bali Eco Gravity Hotel doesn't loose their ocean views due to that monstrous hotel and apartment villas and shopping facility they are currently building down by the coast. You can see their two huge cranes. There was a little construction noise close by but not too loud to destroy the ambiance of quiet. But I still could hear it from my deck. I do hope the owners will get their cat and the tiny kitten sterilized. I gave the owners a name of an English speaking vet that makes house calls. The cats and tiny kitten were an absolute delight and I fed them. I dont think the staff does and that makes me sad. I saw a little tiny kitten with her mother when I was there. So cute and precious. I will worry about that kitten in my departure. I hope they get fed and are protected and maybe get sterilized soon. This was one the best places I have stayed in Bali. Simply outstanding!

Always smiling, positive and a checking if anything needed. Ready to help with any assitance you need. The accomodation was beyond perfect- so cozy, romantic and comfortable. And the bathroom, oh wooowww Excellent for couples.
