From July onwards, Jaspers will open from noon to 3pm for Southern Forests wine tasting with a curated selection of Pemberton wineries; Picardy, Below & Above, Pemberley of Pemberton and – new at Jaspers – Lillian Wines. Along with these superb examples of Pemberton's finest vineyards, we're delighted to unveil our delicious Jaspers gourmet boards filled with a hand-picked selection of treats to enjoy with those wines; a trio of cheese from Nannup’s Cambray, Italian prosciutto and salami, Knutsford Gourmet crackers & lavosh, Great Southern Groves olives, The Epicurean Foodie Peach Bourbon Paste, seasonal fruit, soft dried apricots, dry roasted nuts & Southern Forests Chocolate. Pemberton Reds: Picardy 2021 Shiraz Lillian Lefroy Brook 2021 Pinot Noir Below & Above 2019 Merlot Pemberton Whites: Picardy 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon Lillian 2022 Marsanne Rousanne Below & Above 2020 Chardonnay Pemberton Sparkling: Pemberley of Pemberton Luster NV Pemberley of Pemberton 2023 Prosecco Small, but perfectly formed Each tasting is around 50ml, so any three tastings are approximately one standard glass of wine, and our updated Tavern License allows us to sell single and mixed cases of Southern Forest wines to take home. Second time here and we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On the way from the carpark on Tuesday night there was no lighting on the path to the cabins. Very dark and a possibility of tripping over.

Lovely spacious apartments centrally located. Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple - we had a second apartment for our adult daughter. Well-appointed with a good selection of wine glasses and crockery for breakfasts. Well designed bathroom with all the amenities you need. Roxanne looked after us very well at the restaurant - make sure you book in for dinner, beautiful local produce and a very good whiskey selection. A small thing but a heated towel rail would be a good addition in the winter months.

We loved the very comfortable king size bed, the modern facilities, the general cleanliness of the cabin and the convenient location. We ate at Jaspers restaurant next door and had a very enjoyable meal there. As the cabins were so close to the main road going through the town, there was a fair amount of traffic noise.

It really exceeded our expectations! Extremely comfortable, clean and perfectly located. Couldn’t fault it! Would definitely stay there again. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere down south before with such a comfortable king size bed! Nothing!
