I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well during my trip and needed to extend my stay by one night. The staff were incredibly kind, considerate, and efficient in helping me arrange the extension, which I truly appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was professional, well-trained, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Their excellent service made my stay even more comfortable. The room was modern, spacious, very clean, and offered a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, and the foam pillows provided great support for a good night's sleep. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again on my next visit. All good!

However, I was disappointed to observe a hygiene issue during the evening turndown service. The staff member cleaned our drinking glasses in the bathroom sink using only water. This raises concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. As a guest, I would expect drinking glasses to be properly cleaned and sanitised using appropriate methods and equipment. It also made me wonder whether the same practice is applied when preparing the room for the next guest. Such a procedure is not hygienic and falls below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this quality.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! Starting with the hospitality, view, amenities and food, everything was great! Kudos to the team! It's the first hotel where I don't have anything on this list.

It was a great experience. Everything was smooth from the day we checked in till the day we left. Chris and Intan was a great host. Big spacious one bedroom suite with beautiful bath tub overlooking the city. There is no lift button. Just tap your room card and you will be taken to your floor. Stayed at 33rd floor with excellent view of the sea. Lots of complimentary local snacks provided in the room together with the local cakes and fruits. Breakfast is semi buffet with great ala carte options. The pool is offers a nice view of the sea. Great location near Gurney. Easy to go anywhere with grab Nothing

It was overall very nice. The exterior and interior of the building have a nice style. Staff is always helpful and kind. Everything in the hotel was heavy, like overly high quality. Even the bidet handle was comfortable and nice. No detail missed. They also greeted us with snacks and fruits on arrival in the room. All the curtains were automatic. TV's were huge. Very nice view all around. Shower had good temp and pressure. Nice little area to hold your luggage. Very nice robes. Everything was great overall. The blacklinen restaurant was also spectacular and great service. Albeit a bit expensive. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but it was generally fine. The glass door to the toilet was a bit awkward, but we had 2 toilets, so I just used the other one. Location is only 6min from the center of town by car, but it was often hard getting a grab quickly. They would come but might take 10+ minutes. And all the tours I booked didnt list this hotel. I contacted them and they did allow for hotel pick-up. So not a real problem. Just minor inconvenience and risk of booking without confirmed pickup location. The breakfast was just ok. I wasn't a fan of most of it but they had a few good things.

Overall stay at the Millen was excellent. The staffs were friendly and attentive, the hotel view seeing the ocean was absolutely amazing. Enjoyed our stay even just a night and the special deco for our anniversary made the memories unforgettable. Thank you Millen and team ❤️

The staff is on another level of friendly and service! The entire property is clean. The bed was super comfortable and double turn down is awesome. Love this place. I liked everything about this place.

It was amazingly presented

We booked a sea-view room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a higher floor — the view was absolutely stunning! Especially the bathtub facing the ocean — it was breathtaking! We mentioned to the front desk that we were here to celebrate a birthday, and that night, we received a surprise of two cakes from the hotel — such a thoughtful gesture! The room design was beautiful and elegant, with a long, spacious bathroom featuring two sinks, a bathtub, a rain shower, and a toilet. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles. The concierge team was also very helpful — they noticed our luggage, were always ready to assist, and even asked if we needed help bringing it down to the car park when we were leaving. The security staff were wonderful too. Overall, it was a truly gorgeous sea-view stay, and we will definitely be back next time! They were quite slow in replying to messages on Booking.com — it usually took two to three days to get a response, so some inquiries couldn’t be answered promptly. We have already provided this feedback to the front desk. Breakfast was nice, though the selection was a bit limited. A few more choices would make it even better.

The birthday decoration in our room was stunning, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend this stylish hotel to anyone.
