Great place to stay, staff efficient. Bus route outside the hotel. Breakfast just OK. Clean, sheets and bath towels, changed every day. The view from our balcony, right on the beach, was gorgeous and just what we were after. Found the bed mattress was so firm, not comfortable at all. We advised when booking that we were both vegetarians however our breakfast was the same every day. All dishes placed out for guests had meat, chicken, shellfish included. We asked kitchen staff, chef?, On a number of occasions, is there no vegetarian noodles? HIs response No, no inclination to put a dish out the following day or make something for us. Staff did not acknowledge the lack of veg dishes until our last day at the end of our breakfast. Kitchen said they were not advised by management. So salad, fruit, toast, eggs, boring, no creativity, not Malaysian, no concern by kitchen staff. Disappointed that although hotel displays on booking site they have transport for additional charge, with our very early morning flight we were told they do not have a car, the hotel would need to call a taxi and it would be far too expensive. We were quoted MR.120 when we finally arranged our own for MR.50, Incoming taxi to hotel was MR.35. We exclaimed what a rip-off ..... reception, repeated rip-off laughing. Suggest that management improve their guest relations.

Beautiful renovated room with the best sea view I've ever had. The breakfast was wonderful each morning and the pool and beach access were superb. I could even hang my hammock between palm trees on the beach. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants. Wish there was a microwave in the room, and a balcony with a clear glass railing to see the view even better would be nice.

Overall satisfoed with facilities at hotel during the staying. The cafe worker attitude was so rude, doesnt feel as professional at all, really disappointed. Room full of ants, ot safe to keep belongings especially food.

Breakfast was outstanding - comfy bed - shower v good - housekeeping was excellent - everything replenished every day - great location - good restaurants and 2 good wine bars nearby - good wine in local shops - easy access to Georgetown - warm pool - right on the beach - adequate gym- Maybe a few more sunbeds round the pool

I wish I could see beach chairs that would make staying on the beach more comfortable. The reception staff werenice, but a little more smiling to guests would make them feel more welcome.
