We love the homey feeling of the place and also the breakfast. The size of the bathroom.

Location is central to buses, trains, taxis and all amenities including beaches and shopping . Breakfast was exceptional and always servred with a smile and when asked suggestions for travel or where to go. Both Rob and Linda took great care of me when I stayed for 3 weeks and made me feel welcome, even putting themselves out when I needed to leave my bags after check out. I am eternally greatful to them for making this trip eventful and I will certainly miss them. Nothing!

Everything the hosts provided was excellent. Friendly service, lovely room, terrific breakfast, very good value. The trade-off is location. Very close to the train and access to all things to do made it super convenient. But the major road out front made it less cozy. There’s a pub next door but when they close it goes quiet.

Proprietors were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was impressive. Excellent value for money

The couple who run this B&B are both friendly and welcoming. The check in was quick and easy. There is a ground floor twin room for people with poor mobility. Breakfast was good, with cornish specialities. Its very close to the train station, which was helpful for us. The decor was a little outdated. This is not the place for you if you want sea views. Very close to a busy road and pub, but we didn't struggle with noise, but this could be a problem if the windows needed to be open.

Excellent breakfast, lots of options, full English, fruit, cereal etc. Very close to train and bus. Well maintained room on second floor of house, about 6 or 7 rooms in the b&b. No noise from road, train, or small pub next door. Bit of a walk to pubs and more touristy areas, but not bad, 5-10 minutes. Small bathroom, had to have door open to use sink. But was a nice room.

Exceptional

The host was exceptionally helpful in two ways:locating a car park and arranging a taxi. The area around the washbasin was minute and poorly lit

Rob was brilliant. Nice and cozy

Great cooked breakfast, close to everything you need. Friendly supportive hosts. The mattress was too soft for me but that's just me being picky.

Nice hospitable b&b. Good host and hostess. Small, but complete and clean room and bathroom. Extensive breakfast options. Nothing.

My stay was exactly as I had hoped. Perfect fit in with my travel plans. The host was very helpful and friendly as I was on a tight schedule to complete my journey. I arrived very late but access had been arranged. Nothing was not to like.

I couldn't have asked for anything more Comunication with the proprietor was exceptional. Room was nice and cosy, I could have stayed in the shower all day, it was that good A good choice of on the menu If you want the extreme. Go for the Cornish breakfast. I decided to have Poached eggs on toast I would definitely recommend it. I would definitely go back there again. It's well worth the price. There was nothing to dislike
