Tent was big enough to bring our bikes inside with us No bedheads, so pillows kept falling off the top of the bed

The pod we rent is ok, its enough just for rest and sleep. The shared kitchen is okay, its just that there are a lot of people so sometimes the kitchen is packed with people. The location is not that great because its far from the shop and we have to be prepared for the food. Because the toilet is shared, the cleanliness is not the best.

We went self catering and found the kitchen facilities very good and it was nice sharing stories with other travellers while cooking together. It's a great way to meet new people and share experiences! I also liked the echoes of granduer of the place and could imagine what it must have bee like to be the lady of the manor (especially in the fancy lounge). While there was a great community spirit, I felt that the self catering kitchen could get a bit crowded and I sometimes felt that it was also a bit dangerous when parents allowed young kids to be with them

Clean, good facilities, very kind and helpful staff. Set in characterful manor house in nice, private, leafy area. Nice cosy lounge area. You have to cross the A30 to get there. The heavy doors slam and people on my corridor that night were not thoughtful about this and allowed doors to slam constantly.

Staff were very friendly Bed mattresses were uncomfortable, spiders in room, shared bathroom, no toilet had to go out to use toilet and bathroom

Location was very nice. Facilities like in tent there is not charging point plus not enough lighting in tent.

Nothing It's like they designed the whole place to be as noisy as humanly possible it didn't matter how carefully you closed the doors they would still slam behind you and wake everyone else up the walls were paper thin and with people coming back late being noisy on a Friday night sleep was pretty much impossible. The mattresses weren't really mattresses made of crap foam and the location was way further out of town than it seemed when we booked. 10pm being the latest you can check in is also a joke that's ridiculously early for any hotel or hostel. Just an absolute rip off for the price we payed and I will be not be staying again!

Nice and clean rooms Parking is small but that’s understandable

There were quite a bit of toilets and bathrooms would’ve appreciated if all of the toilets were attached to the bathrooms. The pillows weren’t clear and bedsheets weren’t washed properly there were crumbs of food under my bedsheet. I think there is also bed bugs because my face started itching and I got rashes. Not recommended to anyone.
