The site was calm. Avoid Stream Valley Holiday Park. I had a terrible experience there. I booked a bungalow for £639 for three nights and included a special request to arrive around 10 PM-11:30 PM. Although my booking was confirmed, I later received a message rejecting my request. When I called the center, I was told we would be too noisy upon arrival. I offered to park outside and walk in quietly, but they insisted that walking in would still be too noisy. When I asked for a solution, the person suggested that my friends and I take a day off work on Friday to arrive earlier. This response felt very disrespectful. Ultimately, they refused to refund us for the night, despite accepting the booking with our specified arrival time. Booking.com was unhelpful during a lengthy 1-hour and 20-minute call. To make matters worse, the sheets and duvets on the bed contained animal or human hair.
