The property is super earthy with lots of nature My hot tub did not work and that was the only reason I booked and they charged me much more than the website accounted for

The pool area needs to be more cozy and clean

I love it!! The hottub was dirty

The peace and the beautiful garden with a lot of beautiful birds and squirrels free in nature. The food was good There was not much to do nearby but it was ok. I find that one session for the spa should be included

Very strange coffee policy. Even though there is a coffee machine in the room, your limit is two capsules total for two people even though you stay 3 nights. There was no signage about the policy, that you had to BUY more capsules. So if you stay one night you get two capsules. If you stay 7 nights you still only get 2 capsules. Illogical and makes the hotel look cheap. What a shame for such a small thing.

We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and the food was always delicious. The garden where the meals are served is beautiful. The room was very spacious and confortable The sauna in the spa wasn't working

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and cozy. Finally, the food was incredible - we ate at the hotel every night for dinner (and we are not the kind of people who normally eat at hotels - we prefer to explore local cuisine) and enjoyed almost every dish we had the pleasure of trying. Their blackened chicken dish is my friend’s favorite chicken dish he’s ever had in his life. Do yourself a favor and stay at Sazagua! N/A

Gorgeous property tucked off the main road. Lush and tropical with many birds and other animals to enjoy watching. We had a lodge with it's own jacuzzi. Breakfast greeted us every day with fresh fruit and french pressed coffee. The staff were so warm and accomodating. I booked several excursions through the hotel and they handled every detail. It was a wonderful place to stay and I would stay here again. A bit far from town and sometimes hard to get an Uber. The hotel was able to arrange taxis for me but that was more expensive than uber. One night we arrived after 9 pm and had not eaten. Although there was still one table having dinner in the dining area, I was told there was no food left and the kitchen was closed.

We liked the wild life , the architecture, the open space , the food , clean grounds , the room was great , the shower was excellent and huge . The bed was very comfortable . The staff was very attentive and polite , cortaos. There was a water interruption but they fixed it as quickly as possible .

The staff at Sazagua is amazing! They were so thoughtful and assisted us with all our needs. We really enjoyed being there. The pool and hot tub area was a nice place to relax. We also enjoyed watching the birds each day. The food at the restaurant was hit or miss. My Colombian friend was not a fan of the arepas.

We liked everything, the place was very beautiful, the food was very good and especially the attention of all the staff, very friendly, they treat you like a king, thank you very much for everything In this place there is nothing you don't like, everything is very beautiful and from the moment you arrive you feel a great peace.

Beautiful property, great restaurant. The rooms with the jungle views were amazing!

We enjoyed the tranquility and the ability to unwind with our private hot tub. The premises are lovely and the staff are accommodating and friendly. Would have given it 10 stars if they had given us the proper accommodation that we had signed up for (deluxe villa) from the beginning and not tried to switch us and tell us it was the very best and largest they had. It clearly was not the best for our needs and we asked to make a move the next day to a "villa" that became available after the hot tub broke down. Luckily the villa was beautiful and we enjoyed it a lot but the disruption of the move is the reason for a "good" instead of "excellent". Too much musical chairs going on. A hotel should honor what you booked and not play switcheroo.

I would highly recommend Sazagua Hotel. It is set in beautiful, tropical grounds with lots of lush vegetation and birdlife. Breakfast and food in the restaurant is of an extremely high standard and there is a good choice. Service is excellent at all times. It was a very relaxing place to stay. We also had massages and the hotel organised a coffee tour for us. This was a memorable day . We went to a small coffee farm high up in the hills where David, our guide went to a lot of time and trouble to explain life and the processes involved in coffee production. We were then treated to a delicious lunch. The whole experience felt very natural and authentic and David was an excellent tour guide who spoke English. I would also recommend a visit to Salento and the Corcora Valley.

Sazagua Pereira is stunning. You truly feel as though you are on a nature Preserve. The hotel is quiet with few guests but the hotel is staffed well with the kindest, most helpful staff. The restaurant is great...the breakfast is perfect and dinner menu reasonably priced. The hotel also arranged an amended coffee tour with one of their contracted guides (David) who was local to the area, super accommodating and informative. It was centrally located for several activities. I only wish I could stay longer.

We can’t speak highly enough about our stay in this magical property! All the rooms our group stayed in were magnificent and the flora and fauna surrounding us was unparalleled. The staff went above and beyond to attend to our every need all day, everyday. The coffee tour they organized was a highlight for our group, along with our spa treatments and the delicious Colombian cuisine was a delight to partake in every day. 10/10
