Location is ok The rooms and facilities are ok. You get what you pay for Communication with the staff was such a hassle. No real reception or receptionist in the property. All communications were made via Booking chats. They give you the codes to unlock your room and the gate. Strict check-in time. Called the property a few times before checking in but no answer. However, they replied to my msg a bit before the check-in time.

Checking out. Cockroaches everywhere, one shitty blanket, itchy bed, toilets dirty and rarely cleaned/out of service.

Price, location, easily accessed Tiredness of the property, no toilet in the shower room space, shared female toilet locked for two days, no staff seen during stay
-
Having your own room is nice. The whole property was quite dirty, cleaners come (I believe) once a day but they just wave a mop around and it doesn’t do anything. The showers were often very dirty, covered in mud and leaves etc. There was some sort of building work going on in the morning (starting at 9am) which was extremely loud especially when dealing with jet lag. I did message and bring this up to which I was ignored.

great location at a great price and a short walk to the city and surrounds

Randy offered the best quality of the stay and I'd recommend other business & holiday travelers should stay here.

I liked the location. Staff were nice and it was clean. The kitchen didn't seem to have power in the early hours of the morning. I actually took the kettle to my room to get some hot water. The linen they give is a problem, I ended up having to get an extra blanket. They should go for duvets. The toilets are cramped. The window curtains were see through too, at night with lights on.
