The staff is too friendly and helpful. There is full facilities that help you have washing clothes , iron clothes, cooking, entertainment: Billards, chess, smoking area… You can keep your luggage, cooking after checking out. Property is clean but basically they use high volume of chlorine, even for the toilet floor. It’s thick smell and sticky when your feet touch in.

The staff was so kind and nice and helpful As someone that usually stays in hotels and not hostels , my stay in this hostel was very nice. I had everything I needed. Air condition. Hot water. Very nice people everywhere. Everything I needed. Thank you for all the staff for your great work on making my stay a great one ? Can’t think of anything.

The staff is brilliant and very nice. Yohan fraiser and the girl that also works there ( I am the worst with names so I forgot but as I stay again later this week next time I will write the name exactly in my next week review ,…. ) The boss kam is also very nice and treats the guests very fairly ( there was an administrative mistake about my stay and he dealt with it very fairly which I respect ) Nothing I can think off.

The hospitality and helpfulness of all the staffs. The place was so clean. Blanket was comfy, bedsheet was so soft and smell good. The tap water had warm and cold to choose, it kept me warm when I washed my hands or utensils. The drinking water tastes a bit different but that wasn't a big issue to me.

Bed cubbies were nice. Nice staff. Large, equipped kitchen. Plenty of fridge space. Clothes line out back. Free book library. Plenty of lounge/socializing space. Everything is clean. No lift, FYI but just one flight of stairs. Beds are comfy but the bottom bunks can get a little dark so a lamp would be nice to have!

Price is too much

A small, well organised and welcoming hostel with great facilities. Staff were very on top of making sure everything was clean. 15min walk away from the CBD in a quiet location. Bedside lamps, resolving the smell in the women's toliets and a specified zone for smoking would improve the experience. I couldn't enjoy the outdoor or common areas in the evening as there was always someone smoking.

I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in Perth. This is the best hostel I’ve stayed in by far. The staff are friendly, including the manager (Cam) who makes an effort to interact with guests. I was welcomed by a lovely staff member Mary-Lou who was accommodating and made me feel at home within 30 mins of arriving. There is constantly a staff member with a vacuum attached to their back so the place is immaculate. The communal spaces are great - there’s a huge sofa, outdoor seating and beds, and the atmosphere makes you look forward to spending time in the communal spaces.

Friendly atmosphere, nice & welcoming staff. Kitchen facilities really good, bed was comfortable and clean, and there was adequate space to store belongings. They have padlocks in case your own doesn’t fit the storage locker as mine didn’t. Felt pretty safe. Like all hostels and sharing spaces can just depend who you end up in a room with, nothing bad about the property but just an awareness of this. Even though we were given keys for the room, the room never seemed to be locked, probably because of the people coming and going often.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating!! Location was ok but still a 20min ish walk into the main centre. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. If you come here solo just be aware that it is not very sociable.

Had an early checkout, got told I would automatically receive the $50 security fee back, but have not. Phone does not work and they do not respond to messages. Also the parking that they advertise is non-existant
