Well presented nice area The lady who checked me in it was quite rude. Couldn’t request towels at 12 am or a top sheet so I could change my linen. king deluxe room is incredibly small smaller than the Twin room.

Location was excellent for an appointment in Spring St. Very clean room. Room serviced next day - refreshed towels, made bed. Bed was comfy, slept well. Bathroom setup was well appointed and good use of space. Happy to get parking, but a little tight for a landcruiser. Good value. Didn't try dining- breakfast or dinner, but would be useful since there are very few eateries close by. The aircon unit in our room sounded like a motorbike, hardly did the job. Felt that the room door wasn't particularly secure, no extra chains or door limitor.

Very modern hotel in a great location. Very comfortable bed with great pillows, good shower with great hot water and water pressure. Largest TV of our trip. Staff was very helpful. Elevator was appreciated. Fast wi-fi. Very good towels. Shower leaked and wet a very slick polished marble floor, my wife slipped and could have easily hurt herself. There was no table and no chairs in the room which made it quire uncomfortable to use the wi-fi.

The stay here is always excellent. It’s my go to spot for every trip to Perth. Big thank you to the really helpful reception team! I like everything at this hotel
