Location, quiet, good restaurant on property site, very helpful, friendly staff. Minor, but a ramp from the street up to the lobby would be nice. With a couple of bags, the four or five steps can be a bit difficult.

The housekeeper opened our door at 9am on our checked out day at 10am, luckily me and my husband were all dresses. That was very inappropriate on their behalf. We also thought they were going to vacuum our room and make our beds on our 3rd day there but it wasnt done.

Great place kitchenette and cooking facilities. Superb very much welcome great location and great staff. The windows aren’t double glaze so it can be noisy sometimes if there’s a lot of movement in the community

Location, quiet, restaurant on site Nothing

The food is very good, but has nothing to do wth comfort of room. The location is good, very close to King’s Park and near the CBD. The room was cold and the bed had one thin blanket. There was not any extra blankets or pillows. There was no cupboard or hooks even to hang a jacket. The room was completely bare and the hotel itself was not anywhere near a 4 star establishment.

The cafe downstairs was amazing! Nothing

The restaurant was very good. The room was extremely dark. The building was a roadside motel, not a 4 star hotel as advertised. We had a room for 5 nights, only housekeeping provided was towel exchange every 2 days and garbage removal. We rented 2nd room for one night, which did not have a cupboard of any kind to hang a coat, not even a hook on the wall. Also, no extra blanket in that chilly room with only thin single blanket on bed.

This was a good stay! The room was quite large, even moreso than I needed. Whole kitchen space, a nice work area, and two beds was plenty. The location is great, a short walk to the heart of the CBD makes everything pretty easy to access. The outlets/power situation is not great. I had to plug my phone in across the room overnight to charge because there were no outlets reachable near the bed.

Good vibes, great aesthetic, wonderful location. I had to wash my own dishes

Big room with lovely balcony. Kitchen facilities are enough to prepare meals. There is a good cafe under the place. Last but the most important one very helpful and great staff. We like the location also. Highly recommended ?

No free to air TV was disappointing.

The room far exceeded my expectations, beautiful little courtyard, lovely bath overlooking the courtyard. Amazing cafe on site that clearly has a great reputation as it was always full - the meals were quick, fresh and a good variety. Tapas and drinks in the afternoon were great, cafe staff were lovely. This will be my hotel of choice when staying in Perth from now on

Location was close to the CBD and everything is walkable. Always easy to get an uber if you need 4 wheels. Room was bright and airy with a nice balcony. All good - perhaps a reduced charge of additional room cleaning was needed on a daily basis.

Only a short walk into the city and Kings Park. Lovely rooms with kitchen. The beds were very comfy also.

Great breakfast bar, with great coffee and excellent customer service Room was clean but very dated Check in/out very easy N/a

Excellent location, easily walking to all the conveniences in the neighborhood with a very nice restaurant downstairs. We enjoyed the full kitchen as well. We should have stayed longer

Very nice clean, functional room. Kitchenette had everything we needed to make our own food. The cafe downstairs is very popular and has great food and coffee. It's in a great location, with beautiful purple Jacaranda trees lining the street in November when we were there, and very close to Kings Park. The room, while very practical, isn't the kind of place that you want to spend all your time, as the decor is very minimalist and the view is fairly boring, especially on lower levels.

Very comfortable, location great

Location is good This place has various rooms, and I got the worst option. The room was old, motel type. Needs deep cleaning. Fridge was making creepy noises, AC super loud. Curtains dusty. Carpets are older than me. Balcony had cigarette waste. Water leaks in the shower. Insects flying around. Food waste was left hidden in the closet by a previous customer that wasn’t found and thrown. Zero comfort.

The room was very spacious - lots of floor space with a huge room mirror, a comfortable big bed, a dining table, a kitchen area, and a small balcony. Although the room can be a little dimly lit in general, I did not mind it too much and actually enjoyed chilling in the shade from the trees outside the balcony. The bath, body, and shower products smelled great too, and there were ample towels provided. The hotel is in a pretty convenient location, and within a 10-15 minute walk you could get to the heart of the CBD. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff at reception were lovely and helpful. Entry into the building is easy (remember to take a picture of the door code for after-hours), and the lifts in the building came quickly too. It wasn't anything too major, but the cleanliness of the bathroom and floors could be improved further. Perhaps I missed it, but it would be nice to have power sockets nearer to the bed. Providing room slippers would have been much appreciated as well.
