quiet location, easy access via public transport to the Perth CBD. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and variety of food. The air conditioning was loud and the teacups too small.

Boutique feel, customer service Bathroom vanity basin and tap fitting don’t permit comfortable use. Too small to wash face or do teeth.

- Interior and external designs were creative - Location is superb - Cleanliness was immaculate - Night staff (Reception) was amazing. Great customer service. Listened to our issue and offered complimentary concessions to make up for lacking. Should promote. These are things you can fix: 1. Lack of energy from Customer Service desk (Upon our entry on 15th August at 13.00pm), the customer agent behind the desk was very lackluster. 2. The room was hot and the airconditioning did not work. (Our room was 614). - When we went downstairs for dinner at 6pm the customer agent was not there for us to ask about the airconditioning. 3. Room Service - lack of options before 4pm. We were fairly hungry when we arrived, and could not find anything to eat.

The lobby was interesting and inviting. The a Le carte restaurant food was amazing. Beds were comfy and staff were fantastic. I booked and checked in after 10pm and nothing was a problem for staff. Quite dark up stairs in the corridor and chips of paint noticeable but otherwise really good space.

Abby and another lady at the reception was very helpful. The guy at the reception who did not answer my questions politely instead told me basically to rugged up.

That the restaurant and bar was not open on a Sunday. We had to walk to Hay Street to find somewhere to eat for lunch and dinner.
