Nothing Paid over $2,000 night to stay at this property (absolute price gouging due to Perth being very busy with the cricket series taking place) and am very unhappy with the stay, did not like anything. The unit was not clean, the floors were dirty, the furniture was either old, worn out or stained or all 3. There was a hole in the wall, shocking plastering work on the walls, no aircon in the main bedroom and only a fan in the guest room. Ironing board cover was stained and would definitely not want my clothes to come into contact with it.

Room not cleaned, cockroaches, lipstick kissing marks all over the window. Bags of garbage in the hallways, room walls incredibly thin. My door was also covered in graffiti. Avoid, it's more of a cheap nasty motel rather than a hotel, and police were there several times during my one night stay. Failed to reimburse a deposit, and generally a place that perhaps shouldn't really be on booking.com, particularly due to the struggles with contacting the motels directly for any issues. Room not cleaned, killed at least 9 cockroaches, lipstick kissing marks all over the window. Bags of garbage in the hallways, room walls incredibly thin. Holes in walls simply covered with cheap lino. My door was also covered in graffiti. Avoid, it's more of a cheap nasty motel rather than a hotel, and police were there several times during my one night stay. Failed to reimburse a deposit, still unsure of why, and generally a place that perhaps shouldn't really be on booking.com, particularly due to the struggles with contacting the motels directly for any issues.

very convenient location for the central Perth

Location was the best bit, and free parking. But no access restrictions or security with parking, and my car was vandalised. Where to start??? My car was vandalised, the additional credit card charges are outrageous as is the bond amount, the other clients/occupants look mainly to be homeless or in real bad situations so it attracts that element, sleezy to the max!! I could go on. Room is also not value for money.

It's a low price so don't expect miracles. The apartment was clean and had the basics. Decor and furnishing were old and tired though. Rust on the shower screen, chips in paint lovingly 'hidden' by painting flowers or hearts over them, holes in carpets. Like I said, don't expect a marble floor when you pay peanuts. The compulsory "facilities fee" of $20 a day is a rip-off. Include it in the room price and be done with it.

I booked two nights for myself and my four children and after reading some reviews I was worried I had booked the wrong place to stay however my experience far outweighed my expectations. Eddie was polite and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy and smelt fresh. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the room though I only used the dryer for our towels. The kitchen space was fine and had everything we needed. The free parking was an added bonus, though the car park spaces were a bit narrower than I'm used to. Booking a Saturday night meant it was a bit noisy from the traffic below. The building seems old and there were minor things that could be tweaked to improve the overall look of the place. The sign on the front, very small damage to the carpet in the hallway and paintwork around the room door. But these things are just cosmetic and not important to me and certainly did not impact our stay which was comfortable, enjoyable and I never felt unsafe as some reviewers inferred. Other guests I encountered were quiet and polite when I greeted them or smiled at them. I look forward to staying again. ??

Location was great, very central. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The location was central to everything, which was fine. The reception staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was handy. There were no accessible top sheets on the single beds, and I am unsure if the sheet I used for the double was a top sheet or simply a second bottom sheet. Due to this, my children were sleeping directly under quilts which are unlikely to have been washed regularly. There did not seem to be locks on the bed wheels, so the beds did move when used in a normal manner. Two of the four provided towels were badly aromatic (quite musty), and did not feel clean when used. Air-conditioner and washing machine were noisy, but it did help to drown out the loudness of the smoking area (that part is not the fault of the hotel). While tea, coffee, and sugar were provided, they were in communal pots and it is clear that they are not refreshed after each use - the sugar had black pieces in it. Cutlery was limited - two forks, three large spoons, and one teaspoon, along with two plates for a room that can house up to four people.

Absolutely nothing They need a heart. Every booking is different people with different reasons to why they need accommodation With my case. I got my accommodation booked by a family member while I was traveling from Albany to Perth. .I had last minute orders to go see my mother as she was at the stage of saying her good byes due to cancer. The room was booked with card for the amount of room stay. A few hours later a worker calls me saying I needed to say about $300 something for bond which I did not have. I asked if I could get a refund then, I apologised for any inconvenience and explained my situation. Also explained that my family was extremely emotional and missed the bond requirements. They refused to give refund or have any heart for my situation. They told me to contact booking.com and request a refund. I did and was approved on compassionate grounds. They emailed Perth City hotels n apartments with the out come. I then rang to check the out come and the reception was rude and said they won't help me

Not a single thing! From the very beginning…. Being asked to pay id a $300 security deposit on arrival to someone’s personal bank account….. it went down hill from there. Walking down the hallway to our room after the shock of the cash bond requirement. I could see why they would need some assurance that you were not going to destroy the property! Every door was either covered with black dirty fingerprints, or had holes punched in them. The sign on the wall said no parties, yet on arrival at our door. Noticed room across hall was blaring music and the smell of cigarettes and dope was wofting out. Entered our room that was not a bargain basement price, and the flooring was peeling up. All the furniture looked like it needed a good clean. Went into main bedroom and was instantly concerned by bedding that looked like it had come from a charity bin and needed a wash. Pulled the cover back to be confronted by pubic hairs on the sheets. The pillows were so old and barely had any cushioning. Inspection of second bedroom found sheets in the same state! Bathroom still had hair in the shower and on the floor. Bin in bathroom had used wet wipes in it. Out to lounge room and discovered that the power had tripped and apartment had no power from one of the neighbours burning toast, which makes the smoke detector in the main area of the apartment a concern, seeing as it was sticky taped to the ceiling and sticky taped together, twice right across the sensor on the middle of the device. Extremely dangerous and highly illegal! We called management and company. They offered to change bedding, being that they don’t offer refunds, we accepted. Walked out to elevator to go get some food and a drink while cleaning was in progress and we were corned in the elevator by one of the clientele who was clearly extremely drug affected! Walking through foyer, we noticed plastered across the walls, numerous, numerous council and health department building code breaches and demand notices to fix them to be up to...
