The reception checking in after very long trip was so accommodating & understanding. Room was perfect for my needs. Having growing up in WA yet haven't been back for 22yrs I loved to see old memories from my balcony, I long ago worked just a few blocks down Murray St. Remote control & tv outdated to what I'm use to. I'm not technology savvy like many may be. Perhaps some meal options like You Foods or similar, microwavable but hot nourishes small meal, far more desirable than cup noodles.

The location is good and easy to find. The receptionist was helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough. The beds were comfortable and the pillows adequate. The kitchenette was well equipped. We couldn't find any ABC chanels on the TV. The receptionist couldn't help us either.

The room is too small.

Pool was great and as expected Bed was comfortable Shower was excellent Washing and Drying machines were very good and easy to use Room was not ready when I arrived Waited 45 mins only to find a towel in the fridge - being defrosted - front staff confirmed that was the case, even after they went up to check the room to ensure it was ready for me enter the room. No one advised that they had turned the fridge to the coolest setting therefore when I brought my food back to the room, the next day all items were frozen uneatable food, waste of time and money Extremely disappointing, hence the ratings Photos on Booking.com showed the room would have a view, definitely not the case - extremely disappointing - room was on the first floor Furniture was very worn Lights would flicker The pool was the only reason I continued to stay for the duration of my booking

The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. My room was very quiet and there were absolutely no noises from adjoining rooms or the street below. The aircon worked well and the kitchen facilities were adequate. The wardrobe lacked a set of drawers and there were no USB ports next to the bed. The wifi worked faultlessly and the speed was more than adequate. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and in good repair. Put some drawers in the wardrobe and some USB ports next to the bed.

Location to kings park and Perth city great .. pool and gym great. Staff wonderful. Loud music first night from business Christmas party next door .. but staff did their best making noise complaints

Gym/pool were great and loved the kitchenette Sheets were made up every day but not changed (we were there a week)

Clean and comfortable, in a good location for the CBD and Kings Park. Great shower. I would have liked more table and seating space at which to eat our meals which we prepared in the small kitchenette.

The pool was too shallow for swimming, it is opposite a large 4G tower and the mattress needed replacing.

room was clean and well serviced, pool looked good but didnt use it on this ocassion seems to be a fault in most hotels only one suitcase stand in a queen room

The pool area was big and spacious, and had a great BBQ area if you wanted to use it. The bed was comfortable, and large, and the room was clean and neat. It was a little further out of the city than expected. The limited balcony view was obscured by dirty glass.
