The location was hard to find, but very easy to operate once checked in.

It was okay this time. It wasn’t the best the last times I stayed :(

This is an unbelievably charming boutique hotel in the middle of Philly’s gayborhood. The only way I can explain this room is, and this is not a negative, it reminds me of a hug from a 1980’s Italian grandmother. Pink bathroom tile’s in perfect condition, old study Lewan doors, before they became cheap, and super short crush carpets. Loved it!

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location.
-
Very well maintained older property with charm that oozes from every part of it in an easy walk to anything neighborhood. Friendly & efficient staff. Clean room with AC. Very nice hospitality with a wine & cheese social in the evenings and a small continental breakfast in the mornings. The only con would be parking which is no fault of the hotel. The garage is 3 blocks away. It’s not a long or bad walk by any means however, the spaces are tight and it’s not cheap-Just keep that in mind.

This hotel was very nice! The room was clean and functional for our trip purposes. We mainly used the hotel as a home base for sleeping. I appreciated the complementary breakfast and the staff were helpful and kind.

A really lovely place to stay.

Even have a little cocktail and snack hour every night 5-7. Continental breakfast is free. Would definitely stay again.
-
The place is getting a bit run down. Changing the temperature required calling the front desk so that the front desk person could come with remote to change the temperature (and then take the remote with her…ie they won’t trust you in room with the remote!).

Clean and quaint room. Pleasant staff and wonderful breakfast. Great place to stay, and I would come again and recommend to friends and family.

A pleasant old hotel, close to lots restaurants and central city attractions. Rooms are a bit small, but I’d definitely stay again.

Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood known for its 19th- and early-20th-century rowhouses and historic buildings, including charming brick townhouses, Victorian-era architecture, and picturesque narrow streets. Just a 6-minute walk from City Hall and Independence Hall, it’s perfectly situated for exploring Philadelphia’s historic landmarks and vibrant downtown
