Maybe make the hot water a bit hotter. Other than that my stay was excellent.

I would never ever stay there. I would never ever go through sales.com because the service is bad. Customer service is bad. I had a room. The microwave was broke all weekend. They put an order in for no one never fixed it. Accommodated for the bathroom sink was leaking water all over the floor for the whole weekend. No one never came in fixed it just bad service. I did not enjoy my steak at all horrible.

The room was clean. The air conditioning was definitely very cold and perfect because I have to have a cold when I sleep. The staff was amazing with the airport shuttle. We didn't eat the breakfast cuz we had a super early flight. We have no complaints whatsoever.

Good hotel to stay near the airport!

Room Door was hard to open, it had to be slammed in order to close it. The room next to mines was the same, so I heard and felt every time they opened and closed their door. The employee back door was below my window so I heard the door opening and slamming closed all night long. I could hear the employees that were standing out side through out the night, plus the door. The room number is 219.

Needed to call for the shuttle.

Stay was great . Room was clean except for the sticky carpet.

Nothing Arrived to be told there were no Queen rooms available even though i had booked and paid in advance.

We were pleasantly surprised at how good breakfast was. The hotel rooms were clean for the most part. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Im so glad I didn’t. The hotel was lovely it’s been refreshed, I have no complaints what so ever. Considering it’s next to the airport it was quiet, the rooms were clean, the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel.

Short stay for me. Booked the hotel after 11pm, got there after 12am. Left at 6am. Only issue was I had no body wash and lotion (bottles were empty) so that was disappointing. May have had to do with the fact that it was a super last minute booking on my part. Other than that it was no problems and I didn’t really need anything, just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Room was very nice as was the bathroom. Staff was kind and helpful.
