Divi Little Bay Beach Resort

Food prep is horrible. There are no precautions. Definitely have food contamination. If you have food, allergies, not the place to stay they use their bare hands, touch fish, then grab another food item without washing their hands. Daughter got ill

It was a wonderful resort, beautiful and clean. Eddy was amazing, he went above and beyond for us. Everyone was nice and lovely. Great views for pictures and great beaches. Wonderful staff. I was told housekeeping would come daily to change the sheets and change of towels but they only came twice during our stay. Also it would be nice to have a lifeguard at the beach and at the pools. And i asked for a king bed but had a queen bed.

Room was a bit outdated and taxi service next to hotel was charging crazy money and every time different fares for the same location so need to be careful.

We were not able to shower for 2 days There was a problem with there water they would not move our room stay was rude I would never stay here again

Everything Nothing

The location was Beautiful! A lot of the staff were rude and did not smile how ever the staff at Slice and the pool were great! Most of the pure ocean staff were rude and didn’t smile and they said guest were rude but if they would look in the mirror it was due to them being rude to the guest. Most of the pool chairs had bird poop all over them regularly and they only gave you one towel per person which didn’t cover the chair. Our first room was clean and had a great view but smelled like sewage so they moved us when we complained. The second room was an upgrade if you could call it that with a kitchenette but the air conditioner didn’t work and the tv channels didn’t work either. Our bed was broken and if you moved it sounds like someone was coming through the wall. We did complain about the air which they fixed but the bed was never fixed. Upon check out the night before I asked for a late checkout due to our flight being later and they told me they could give me until 12:00 pm. The next day at 10:00 am I was awaken to my phone ring telling me check out was at 10.00 am and we had to leave due to someone checking in and I told them I checked out the night before and they gave me 12 pm. The women insisted I get out now and it was not possible no matter what I was told so I told them it was a terrible stay and I would be leaving a negetive review and hung up. Thrn someone called back 10 minutes later saying check out is today and I can have 12:30 pm after being today I needed to get out at 10:00 am so I said ok and hung up after explaining th exude person who called me five minutes earlier. Then I go t get ready to pack up and get ready and at 11:30 am the house knocks on the door and say I need to be put by 12.00 pm that’s what she was told. I then explained everything again to her and she was sweet and said take all the time you need they won’t send the new guest until she tells them she has cleaned the room.

Ideally location so you not bothered with the night life noise but within 15-20 minutes driving distance of every where Sharp curve to access property, when road traffic os busy, can become a hazard.

Great location beach front and snorkeling is amazing and Staff are helpful and nice at the Front desk. I would highly recommend Divi Resort it’s a perfect getaway at Sint Maarten. I like everything as I enjoyed our stay here. Perfect stay

Close to Philipsburg . The mini grocery .. the friendly staff. Walk to Fort Amsterdam

The location was convenient and was close to the airport and downtown Philipsburg. The beach was clean and the bay was great for swimming and snorkeling. Sitting on the beach was very relaxing. They honored the all inclusive price with no up charges for any drinks we ordered. The food in the main restaurant was not good. I got food poisoning the 2nd night there. The food quality at other on property restaurants was just okay. Only provided drink service at the beach and pool on Friday. The building they put us in was very far away even though the resort was not full. Housekeeping was inconsistent and we didn’t have enough towels for a family of four. Property wi-fi was spotty and didn’t consistently work.

Very nice restaurant and bar areas. Pools are beautiful. only a short 10$ taxi ride to Front. Street shopping. Beaches were pristine! Store mini mart closes too early....but it is privately owned, not by Divi.

Room age, first time booking w/ booking.com hotel didn't give booked king bed. Had to change rooms, sulfur smell from shower unbearable. Took 24 hrs for new accommodations.

Slow service, cranky staff

The beach was beautiful We enjoyed Seabreeze so much. Getting beach chairs was easy The WiFi in the rooms were awful

Location, beach and water, amenities on property Slow service and unit was a little warn out. Example our tub had been cracked in places and someone badly caulked patches.

The beach the woman in the cafe and all the guys who drove the golf carts they were so incredibly friendly Shower flooded they gave us a wrong room had to switch after check in so that was a bit of a pain and had to basically beg for service in our room even after paying the woman a tip to clean she never showed up. Had to ask 4x

Bad odor every evening. Called to complain and someone came and sprayed but still bad smell. House cleaning later not at all food fair and somewhat expensive
