Everything was great going back again

Cleanliness and how helpful the staff were. Will definitely be back 2027. Property inside rooms and hallways needs a maintenance worker on board to keep the walls freshly painted after someone check out.

Staff was very friendly, especially the new girl from Grenada that recently started to work at the Pool Bar from Seaview and also at the Restaurant next to Seaview where they serve the Breakfast, Lunch and Salads. This employee knows the important of being friendly and the importance to provide a good service. She is a real asset to Seaview. The location is very good. And especially for the Carnaval Season, everything is nearby. The Breakfast and lunch was also very good. I would totally recommend Seaview Hotel. I would say, I could give a suggestion. Especially for the Carnival Season. It would be nice if Seaview could supply some chairs for their guests to watch the Carnival, or even had some chairs to rent. That would be nice.

Location was great. Pool was nice but we didn’t use it Staff were really bad and rude. Beds were worst. Pillows were bad. Room was dingy and gross. Price was ok but not worth it. Have to pay for beach towels. Shower was a trickle of water. Could barely shower. Outdoor shower was broken.

Location was fantastic. The views were spectacular. The cabana ? boys were awesome! Felt very welcomed by staff for the most part. They are making many updates to the property. Like the happy hour, food and music. Beautiful paintings on the property. Onsite market was a plus. Not to much. Steps were a little hectic. They could have water on tap instead of having to go to the onsite market and buying it.

We were in room 29, a jr suite (no living room). Lovely terrace with full sea view...quite nice out there. AC was excellent, full kitchen helpful, and location right on the beach was terrific. Bathroom was very clean. We highly recommend Bastard's Bar and the Buddha Restaurant, just steps away. Front desk staff was not particularly welcoming or upbeat. They did permit an early check in which was helpful, but it felt like we were intruding on their time. There is daytime construction at the property so it's not a place to go for quiet (it all quieted down by 5 when cruise ship folks departed). The pool appeared dominated by young women using obscenities, acting aggressively. As an older traveler it again didn't feel inviting. The room itself has serious wall discoloration under AC, obviously water damage. There are more than a few knicks, dents and scrapes all over the walls. It needs to be repainted, at least. No paper towel or hand cloth in kitchen. The bed itself was terribly non-supportive, even lumpy. At one point I dozed in a plastic kitchen chair. I also nearly had a side door slammed in my face by young girls pushing through too fast. No one apologized. Also please note: allow DOUBLE THE TIME you think you need in a taxi out of Phillipsburg...the traffic is awful all the time for such a relatively small city. I recommend not staying there ..much more relaxing at the properties on the eastern coast.

Friendliest , great service and location Clean rooms
-
Great location and staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms need some work.

The best feature was the comfortable bed and large bathroom / shower. The loud door slamming was the most annoying. It echoes because of the tile floors etc and for this reason we would probably pick a different place next time.

I loved the location Every piece of furniture in the room needs to be changed. They're all worn out. The bathroom was horrible. The TV never worked. And we barely got water for showers in the mornings. The water pressure is very low. The place was noisy also.

Location Very poor

The location was good and for $120 per night I guess we got what we paid for. The desk staff was frankly rude and unhelpful. Almost seemed biased against Americans. Half of the outlets didn’t work in the room. Security felt poor as there were hooligans smoking weed and making noise in the pool after midnight and they clearly weren’t guests, they were also heard in The halls on the 2nd floor.
