Oceans at Divi Little Bay

Beautiful beach and great central location on the island. Rooms were nice. Great views of the water, but one of the sinks in bathroom was broken water poored out of the pipes under the sink onto the floor. Floors in room were vinyl wood tile which was fine except after I walked on them the bottom of my white socks were black, so unfortunately could have used a really strong mopping/cleaning. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pizza place was great too. We did not do all-inclusive. Really strange mix of extremely wonderful friendly staff members who made our stay contrasted with several people who seemed downright miserable to have to be working there. A couple of the bartenders complained to us that the all-inclusive guests didn’t tip. To be fair I saw several guests acting like complete jerks snapping their fingers at the bartenders for service and complaining about slow service. Island time is a real thing and if you are going to visit an island you better be chill about it and expect things to take longer than we are used to in the US. Enjoy the chill!

Front desk service toke very long. I had free breakfast on booking but when I reached to the hotel I was told it's not included.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, providing convenient access to Phillipsburg to shop and restaurants. In the room, the bed was comfortable and had white, crisp sheets and towels. The beach adjacent to the hotel was great, offering a pleasant environment for relaxation and recreation. The cleanliness of the room did not meet expected standards. There were visible handprints on the glass door, a leak was present in the bathroom ceiling, shampoo residue remained on the bathroom glass door, and hair and dust had accumulated in the corners of the room. Also noted, the elevator was not cleaned (handprints and a dirty floor). While the island is beautiful and rich in wildlife, it would be beneficial to ensure that outdoor lounge chairs are cleaned daily to remove bird droppings. It's the little details that matter.

The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of seating. Numerous food choices to satisfy anyone.

Most of the staff was very unfriendly. They seemed miserable and annoyed when you asked for anything. Not very outgoing or courteous. The pool bar didn't have soda for 3 out of the 4 days we were there.

Nice property Maid never came

While located ten minutes from the port (for those heading on a cruise ) I’d suggest you look at better, cleaner and more responsive staff as the staff lack in training on customer service. The MIX balcony and staff were good. They act like you are staying at 2 or 3 star hotel. Front desk staff and manager we not welcome and the check out issue I had she ignored. Booking team knew hotel was wrong too but they were unsuccessful getting it resolved. Food was average. Service was atrocious.

The room was small.

This is a cozy small resort, so if you prefer a quiet place, this would be fine. The beach is nice, very swimmable (no huge waves) and it's easy to find chairs since this resort is not very busy. The pools are nice too, and there are a couple of different (small) places to eat within the resort. You got to realize that everything is on the smaller side, which is fine if that's what you want. We expected a bigger resort more vibrant and with many amenities. However that's not it, it was too quiet for us, we arrived on the weekday before Christmas and in the restaurant there were maybe 10 people, that's it. Thankfully we didn't get the all-inclusive so we were going out in restaurants (which there are many within 30min drive) and we had fun there. The buffet for the all-inclusive is actually quite small, not the huge selection you find typically in big resorts. Don't get me wrong, the place is cute and cozy, but if you're looking for a vibrant resort, that's not it, despite the entertainers they bring every evening - this is like going to a small bar with a few people around. Not their fault of course, but just to set your expectations.

Although it is a bit hard to find the first time arriving, the location is central and accessible to all things on the island. Food and activities onsite is a big plus! Staff great!! Was totally underwhelmed with the food and service of the “Mix” restaurant onsite. Also for being an all inclusive resort, a lot of the amenities seemed to close fairly early.

Very good beach with calm water and nice sunsets Our stay was extremely disappointing and felt unsafe. The hotel was robbed by a group of local individuals who gained access to the property, creating chaos and panic among guests. This situation caused significant stress and a genuine concern for our safety, and it was clear that the security measures in place were inadequate. In addition to the safety issues, the room itself had poor design and maintenance. The sharp corners of the bed frame were exposed and hazardous, resulting in multiple injuries among members of our family. Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations for comfort or safety. I would not recommend this hotel until proper security measures and room improvements are implemented.

I love the swim up bar the best bartender there is Jay awesome man and great food recommendations at resort I loved everything even the wildlife is respectful

Rating about 5 nothing special Should have been better for the price $4700.00 room and room location. Flights did not matchup with checking in or checkout

Beautiful setting and views! And the staff totally epitomized friendly St Maarten. From front desk to all restaurant and pool venues they were great.
