Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Phoenix Midtown

The staff, location to downtown and the hotel was awesome.

It was close to where I needed to be. The first room we got had no bed, sink and toilet.

Love the area!

Clean and big rooms Site shows breakfast to go bags. When I asked, I was told we don't do that here and she looked at me like I was stupid. I then purchased 1 bottle of water from the little store. Purchase was added to my room. I later noticed a $16 hold on my card...for 1 bottle of water. A $20 charge place on my card for $7 parking. Definitely not a place I will use again.

Staff were wonderful from front desk to hospitality. Clean comfortable bed. Nice little yummy breakfast. Pool was clean and convenient. Definitely would stay again.

They are remodeling not their fault

The location was perfect, it was close to venues I went to and close to the tram. Breakfast was good, I like that some of the items were switched up daily. It was convenient but the area was a little tight but there was some construction going on at the time.

Very nice rooms. Clean and very comfortable. Bed was great Nothing in particular, lobby is a bit tired.

The staff was awesome. Very accommodating. Very good attitude. Very nice. Perfect blend of personality and professionalism Breakfast was lacking. I understand that there are renovations going on. In fact this is the second year in a row that has been there and their renovations been going on And I certainly did not get a discount for having less of a facility to use. I ordered a specific room and then was told that room type didn't exist anymore as in you had taken them out. This is a queen suite. I didn't make a fuss about it because it obviously is not the desk staffs 's fault that. You were still advertising rooms that you don't have anymore but that was less than par, we may do but that was not great.
