I booked this hotel for my sister and mother who were at the ER (for my mom) at St. Joseph’s right nearby. It was late at night and I didn’t know when my mother would be discharged, but figured it would be at some point that night - but sadly they were not released until around 9:30am after finally being diagnosed and receiving treatment. They arrived around 10am (close to a late check out hoping to take a shower) and the hotel staff refused to let them use the room. They were told because they didnt show up by 2am the room was forfeited. So basically I paid for the room - but my sister and very tired and weary mother were not allowed to use it. The staff were not accommodating or thoughtful in any way.

The location to the hospital was very convenient. The staff at the front desk was friendly and competent. The breakfast menu was very good - various hot and cold items. Too bad you have a parking fee.
-
Friendly and caring staff and clean and comfortable room. Location was great. Right next to the hospital my husband was in. A quick 5 minute walk and I was there. Massive bonus for me as I hadn't driven in Phoenix before so it meant I could leave the car and do what I needed to do on foot.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was fantastic as we had Dr’s appointments close by at St Joseph’s. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. The host at breakfast was great. The temperature of the food could have been turned up a little but was good. Paying for parking.

This is the best breakfast that I have ever seen in a hotel

In areas around, it's not too bad. Would stay there again only bad thing is, you have to pay for your own parking. Even after staying in the hotel, you still pay for your parking.
-
It was a very good hotel with great staff. I would absolutely stay here again.
