It’s also 10-15mins drive to the Pheonix Sky Airport. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking was that the hotel is about 37 minutes away from the hospital where my brother had his heart surgery in Arrowhead and since I booked through Expedia, this hotel came up as one of the recommended options. It’s also close to Papagano Park, Pheonix Zoo, Museum and downtown restaurants which I truly enjoyed driving around. Aside from the distance to the hospital but, which of course is not the hotel’s fault, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property!

They didn't tell me when I paid for the room on Expedia, that you have to pay for parking. And the parking lot is tiny, so if it's full, you have to park away from the hotel, which I had to. Did not like the hotel. It may appeal to the under 40 crowd, but I will not stay there again.

I had a problem with my key card and the staff was just so kind and willing to help. From greeting me when I walked to the door lobby or just passing by and having a little chat with me. It was an amazing weekend spent in Tru Hilton in Phoenix Arizona.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near downtown. Breakfast is good, and please note that parking costs an additional $10 per day. It’s a great place for a family of four to stay.

Perfect for 1-2 days business trip. Best FREE breakfast in Arizona. I travel every 2 wks from CA to AZ for work and never seen a breakfast area like TRU. 👌👍👌

Room was nice. Didn't have microwave in room, only in lobby. Once breakfast was over, all utensils, plates, etc. were removed so nothing to use if you were using the microwave in lobby. Fee for parking was not known when booking.

Clean, comfortable and so close to many downtown facilities and sites.

Front desk staff are always helpful and courteous. Our second time at this location. Parking is right next to our room. Breakfast is always delicious and room are clean and spacious.

Great breakfast, amenities and enjoyed the fitness center and pool! Very relaxing and able to walk to the local restaurants and appt at the hospital.

Pool and the room was clean No ice bucket despite asking upon night of arrival we did not get one until Saturday afternoon, handicapped parking only had 5 spots. Asking a disabled person to walk down steep metal stairs on the second floor garage across the road is crazy! TV stopped working on checkout day. I couldn’t use any of the apps for my special needs child to watch while I packed despite paying for the room until 11am! These issues alone will definitely make me think twice when traveling to the area!
