Everything was very clean employees all very nice. Breakfast was delicious.

It was definitely clean which was a positive! While the hotel resembles the pictures online they are definitely embellished to seem more nice than it actually is. Somehow accurate and deceiving at the same time. I was definitely bummed upon arrival after thinking how nice it was from the pics online. NOT a fan of the area. Felt sketchy. I was traveling alone with my 2 little ones and I did not feel safe walking with them to and from my car. Bums would walk through the parking lot. Empty beer cans were in front of my car in the rocks when we went to go grab dinner. Not a good area of down town.

Good location. Clean, spacious and very nice rooms. Gym is really good.

Beautiful place. Good breakfast. Clean and quiet hallways. The distance to the parking garage. $100 deposit and waiting for the refund.

Comfortability, price, location, attention, facilities. and wonderful breakfast especially the fresh ground coffee. Thanks. Parking didn't feel safe enough to leave some of our baggage in the car so we had to bring it in to the room and out in the morning when we check out, a little inconvenient when you're tired and ready to go to bed.

I loved the view and perfect sized room

The only part I did not like about this location was that location has maybe 200 rooms with only about 20-22?? Parking spots. They did offer for me to park my vehicle in a garage that was about 200 feet from this location and they did say that security was there on location but I’m sorry I don’t trust anybody, I worried if my catalytic converter would be missing or if my vehicle would be stripped down or gone all together. I did see homeless people around building. Not sure if I could recommend this location only because of parking situation.

Very clean and basic. Holiday Inn Express is always a reliable chain for me. The breakfast was decent. Eggs and sausage in addition to the usual muffins and cereal.
