Everything good just morning people working to early lot noise we can hear everything noise

I enjoyed my stay here. It’s an old hotel that has been updated and it’s very artsy and had lots of colorful and fun things to look at. The property itself is very attractive. The roof was closed for viewing the city. The beds were very comfortable, one of the best hotel night sleeps I’ve had. The air conditioning was plenty cold, there was soap, shampoo and conditioner but no hair drier. Coffee was available. I would have preferred a bit more lighting in the room. The breakfast was from a restaurant in the hotel and I had the best Mediterranean burrito I had in a very long time. The pool and hot tub were clean and delightful. The staff were friendly, helpful and had positive vibes. Covered parking was available. If in the Phoenix metro area again I’d be happy to stay at this hotel. Absolutely loved it.

The free breakfast my pancake wasn’t even fully cooked took two bites and literally had to go use the bathroom immediately.. just was not exactly satisfied like I thought I would be staying here

Great midtown location, comfortable beds. Close to many attractions nice rooms.

The room was clean. The breakfast was amazing. I would stay there again and recommend people to stay there.

We were a little on the edge arriving to the place but once we checked in the staff was super kind and helpful. We entered our room and was super clean. Overall if we needed anything the staff was there to help and was a great experience

Downtown Phoenix we’re just perfect for a small getaway. Staff was amazing. Everything was clean.

The hotel was OK however, the breakfast option came in handy and the food was actually good

Staff was efficient and helpful. Food was good and service was great. Room met our needs.

At some point the hotel was renovated but hasn't been well kept. Lots of little things like paint chipping and repairs that weren't done properly, For example, The bath tub had work done that wasnt patched up correctly. Our first room had a leak and the staff gave us two different options to move to. The staff was very helpful. The towels are definitely sanitized because they had a heavy bleach smell.

Staff was friendly, the property is older than expected, rooftop wasn't even open. Nice having food on site, and in a Great location. Rooms are ok, I expected much more luxury based on the ad. We were busy so it was fine for our trip.
