Pool was great, room was mostly clean, we just were welcomed by a spider in the bed in the morning which was not the best! Upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy most of the stay.

$30 fee to park at the hotel you are staying at is a rip off!!!!!

Cleanliness of room very good. Pool areas nice. $30 per day to park is ridiculously expensive especially when all have to drive to this venue.

We love this place! We visit multiple times a year and are always pleased with the service, the grounds, the location and the amenities! We had so much fun at the pool! The food and drinks were wonderful as well!

Check in was easy, staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. Handful of amenities and activities.

This property is great for larger families & you get access to the waterpark area at the JW Marriot (except weekends during the summer). Also there is not a shuttle between the 2 hotels, but we were able to valet at the JW Marriot for $12 a day with validation.
