Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge

The hotel smelled clean as soon as you walked in the front door, room was nice, and every member of the staff was super friendly!!

Very elegant building and property. High class, incredible staff, beautiful art, and great rooms with cozy beds. It was a short stay, only two nights but was a perfect experience. Recommend to everyone. 10/10. 👌

Where do I begin…. The property is wonderful! We were in town for Jeep Invasion and if you want the perfect location to stay in this is it! Right across from the outside portion of the show! We had a bit of an issue with lady bugs in the room and although the issue was not resolved fully the staff exhausted every effort to do so such as spraying, vacuuming, etc. All the staff were amazing and so helpful but Jason was so helpful and always had a smile! The tall man with dark curly hair (so sorry I forgot your name) was also so sweet as well, also including the man at checkout! Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay at the Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge! The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything but far enough away from the main traffic to feel peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

When I stay in Pigeon Forge, we always stay here. This is a great hotel and located well.

The room and staff was fantastic. The breakfast was 10.00 and was the same thing you would receive for free at other places. We tried ordering dinner on line and the service was out. Other than that the stay was great.

Wish there was a breakfast included. Seemed to have limited front staff but they were helpful. Room was very nice. No housekeeping was done and when I checked out after 3 nights they said it would only be done every 3 nights but I should of been informed of this on check in. Very new hotel so it felt clean and loved the bedroom bed lights. Super safe area.

Great quiet location, but only 5min away from all the attractions. Very clean, incredibly kind and helpful staff, the pool is the perfect size (could use some outdoor umbrellas), very reasonably priced. Would give it 6 stars if i could. We will return again!

I liked the automatic blinds but did not leave enough washcloths.
