Embassy Suites By Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort

The rooms are very modern and spacious. The location was a big plus. It is close to everything. It is a small drive for all the destinations we wanted to go from our hotel. I would come back and stay only here if I was to come back to Pigeon Forge. One of my best trips especially with our stay at Embassy Suites.

Everything was clean and well kept. Nice size indoor & outdoor pool. Indoor & outdoor amenities/hobbies were nice bonuses. Location was nice, quiet & tucked away yet minutes away from everything. I loved that the restaurant & breakfast were on the top floor with outdoor seating & overview of the city/mountains. Friendly staff & pet friendly hotel.

Nice views, swimming pool, upstairs play area. Housekeeping, breakfast, holes in the ground near the play area leading to injury, initial help with injury but lack of follow up by management, not refilling essentials such as toilet paper, tissues, or in room coffee (only refilled 3 out of 7 days stay), no questions about how was stay when checking out or follow up on this either.

Stain on bed spread at check in; staff slow to replace. No bath tub in room as promised.

This place has it all!!! Swimming, hot tub, games, pool, virtual Top Golf, lawn water pong, drinks, food, so much room to mingle, sights, and so much more. There is no need to leave once you arrive. This place was amazing! I will be back!!!

Great atmosphere, clean, and a lot of amenities. Proximity to Ripken and all the areas attractions made it ideal.

Beautiful property. However if you are traveling for baseball stay somewhere else.

Our room’s air conditioning was not working correctly (never below 74) We requested it be fixed in early AM on day 2. No one came by 5 so we made 2nd request. Maintenance came and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Air blew cold for short period but when it reached 74, never blew cold again. Our sleeping was difficult at that temperature. Shower leaked horribly. Support staff-maid, maintenance-unable to communicate with us in English. Not at all quiet. Restaurant food was not good.

Great place to stay; room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff very helpful when you need anything. Only issue was hard to use the pool tables or golf simulator b/c other guests would hog the time and not give others a chance to use them. So, we never got to try those out. Pools were nice, hot tub great temp. Overall, a great place to stay. Would recommend.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful! The building and all amenities were very well maintained, and the location was perfect!! We will definitely stay there again when back in the area!

We love the location and all of the amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools. All of the family friendly activities outside and on the seventh floor were quite impressive. My kids and husband and I had a blast. My son loved the golf simulator and we spent hours playing games. And even more cool is they set up a charcuterie area in the restaurant around 5:00 when they open, and it’s free! They even have a list of free drinks during happy hour, at the bar. They have a laundry room on the first floor that is only $3.00 per load and a gym that has everything I need! This hotel is top-notch. We will be back! The gift shop and snacks are extremely expensive. I bought face and body sunscreen that were $28 each! The front desk person did give me a discount which was unexpected and nice!

The hotel was exquisite! Beautiful views! Will come back. Only complaint is that when we checked in, our room was supposed to have a private balcony. The picture on Expedia was a misrepresentation of the actual room we received. Our room was on the bottom floor by the pool. I was gonna make a big fuss about it but chose not to. Other than that, had a great stay.

Upon our arrival, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. We found our room to be in wonderfully clean condition. The pool was very refreshing and the breakfast was satisfactory. Would stay again.
