This is a great hotel with a beautiful view of Pigeon Forge from the 7th floor lounge area. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Pool area is amazing! Throughly enjoy our stay!

The website was really helpful. The staff was really friendly and helpful. This hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Pizza was delicious The pools were nice. The view of the mountains from the top of the restaurant and deck was spectacular.

Loved it! Was our second time staying there! My reservation wasn’t showing in system. It was handled by a young lady. The guy was somewhat rude even though I had proof it was booked. I would have liked a view of the ballpark instead of the highway. I was told that the rooms weren’t ready. I was not asked if I would like to wait until one is available.

Large breakfast bar, variety food choices. Room/hotel was very clean. The hotel opened 8 months ago. The rooftop is awesome with Mountain View.

The property staff was nothing short of amazing! The facility was extremely clean and the room was perfect. My family and I truly enjoy our stay and will return when we plan to visit again.
