Clean room, friendly staff, indoor pool, however the bed was too firm, bed pillows were the size of throw pillows, door keys have to be reprogrammed every day, and they serve the same breakfast every day without alternating.

Clean room staff was Great 👍

Great place for a last minute trip.

There weren't any towel racks at all. Breakfast was lovely, but you had to go through a maze of hallways to get to it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It has a really nice "mountain view" for some of the rooms (you can select this). The breakfast set-up is better than most other hotels. The balconies are nice. It is in a good location for the area. The hotel is starting to show some age and some minor maintenance issues (loose molding). The shower was nice and strong. I would stay here again.

It was very busy. The pool was crowded until 11pm. The room was clean, a little dated. Parking was slim pickings. We stayed overnight, so it was fine for one night. Location was convenient.

This is the cleanest hotel ever. Staff working diligently around the clock. Great breakfast and fun pool and hot tub. Had a great time. Thank you!

The room was clean, breakfast was good, I didn't use the pool or hot tub but it always had people in it so must have been pretty nice.

Checked in 130am Friday night after long drive. Walked room hit with urine smell. Seat up piss all over toilet . Cleaned it up noticed the feces stuck in crevice of seat along with dirty toilet paper in there as well. Bed blankets had stains on them? Think it was a pleasant night sleep? No. Left first thing and we two night non refundable so lost another $162 on top pf this mess. Never again…hotels have one major job - clean comfortable night sleep. Failed in every way. Choice hotels will never get another $$ from this family

The indoor pool The property was so large and like a maze. The hotel smelled horrible walking through it. The pool didn’t have a liner and was rough on my feet. My hotel room had a tick on the bed when we checked in. The pillows are so tiny they are difficult to use. The breakfast was horrible. No flavor in the gravy, the eggs was watery and tasteless and the sausage was grey, rubbery and just gross. The quality inn were stayed at last year had better breakfast than this.

Close to everything. Some restaurants were in walking distance. Staff was nice. Nice comfortable beds. Nice balcony. Loud talking rooms not sound proof that good. Children and teenagers running down halls and talking and laughing. Doors slamming at 230 in the morning

The bed was comfy The staff was not helpful Cards kept not working Room wasn’t fully clean (found mini alcohol shots under bed by table side) The maid walked into our room while knocking even though we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign up The pool was always filled with kids so never got to enjoy it The hotel elevator smelled like vegetable broth and incense while our hallway to our room smelled like a cheap tobacco with incense covering it Vending machines were out of order

our keys NEVER worked we had to get new keys everyday… we could never get into our room or the building because our keys never worked.

The room was clean, but the shower curtain was pulling loose from it's attachments causing water to go out onto the floor, making quite a mess. The sink in the entry way leaked all over the counter. The plastic piece under the turntable of the microwave was broken. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.
