Just a great stay all around.. from the cleanliness of the pool and the room, the helpful staff the excellent breakfast staff and breakfast just a great stay all around 10 out of 10 will stay again

This hotel was great in that sense. Very clean and well maintained. The best, no carpet, the room floors are tile making it even more clean. The room leads to a balcony and its location is on a main street making it super accessible to shopping and food. Only 10 min from Dollywood, which made our trip even better. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok, not much variety but it was good for us. We went during jeep week and thought it was going to be crazy, but it was pretty cool, hotel was safe, and no noisy nights or disrespectful guests. My kids enjoyed both pools (outdoor and indoor). No security deposit for accidentals and free parking. Overall we loved this hotel and would recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

The rooms were a tad small, but we were only there to sleep so wasn’t an issue. The breakfast was standard hot food hotel breakfast. The three pools were great, if one was too full we just switched to another. The bus station is literally less than a mile down the road and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice but I want to share a special experience. Two days after I checked out, I realized that my Apple air pods had fallen out of their case when I accidentally dropped it between the bed and night stand. I didn't check the case when I picked up. I immediately called the front desk and they were able to direct me to housekeeping. Housekeeping found the air pods and put them in a safe to figure out whose they were. I verified who I was and that I stayed there and where they should have found them. The front desk boxed them up and send them to me. It is an example of going above and beyond. I got my air pods back in just two days. I will be a loyal customer every time I return to Pigeon Forge.
