It was affordable, right on the main strip. They cleaned the room and brought fresh towels every day. I don’t usually stay in a hotel with the rooms on the outside because I don’t feel very safe but I was good here. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Definitely would stay here again

Breakfast was very good, with protein choices, like eggs and sausage. Excellent location, clean room. Friendly stuff. Everything was very nice

Locks didn’t work on doors. One ice machines didn’t work and the other one barely had any. The female at the front desk was not friendly. The tall male at lobby was very helpful and accommodating. Ended up getting a full refund and leaving the hotel.

The room was clean, updated. The breakfast was good. Most of the staff was friendly. When I was checking in the front desk lady was not very friendly at all. One housekeeper had her child there while she was working. We would definitely stay again with these few issues.

Location was great. The property is located in the middle of all the activity on the strip. There are restaurants and attractions galore within walking distance. There is a trolley system that is affordable and convenient. I recommend downloading the Pigeon Forge transportation sysem app, and purchase the day pass. The trolley shuttles from Patriot Park (which is close by) to Dollywood every 20 minutes, although the route to Splash Country has been suspended. To get to Splash Country you just take the trolley to Dollywood and transfer to another trolley that goes to Splash Country. The day parking rate at Dollywood is 30.00 I believe, so this is a convenient way to save a few bucks without any sacrifice. Check in was fast and easy. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Overall, the property met our needs, and the price was good when compared to some of the other hotels/resorts. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. The pillows were not very comfortable. My wife commented on this as well. We probably should have brought the pillows from home that we are used to. The ice machines were struggling to produce ice. The designated smoking area directly outside my room offered a consistent and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke that not only lingered, but also spread into my room. So many properties are completely smoke free now that it is not a big deal anymore, and I would encourage this brand to consider going smoke free throughout the property. It really is a nasty and disgusting smell to have to endure first thing in the morning. Pay attention to the rate quoted on booking.com. I could have sworn that our rate was the same for the entire 3 night stay, but when we checked in, I noticed that the rate changed (increased) for Friday and Saturday night. Just something to be aware of. This is not related to the stay at this property, but it should be noted that tourist pricing is everywhere, especially at the restaurants. We were spending on average about 80 dollars (tip included) on dinner for two. We are water drinkers, so these prices were not including drinks or alcohol. Also, be aware, there is a place called Wood Grill Buffet that we dined at one night. The place has no air conditioning, and apparently this has been the case for several months. We were hesitant but decided to take a chance on it. Would not do that again, and would not recommend it. It wasn't that it was too hot, although it was noticeably warm inside, but rather, the food was not that great. The decor was very dated, and it was obvious that nothing had been updated for years. Traffic along the main road was pretty much a nightmare situation. Just expect a slow go of it and plan accordingly.
