The location was great It needs a table and chairs in the rooms.

We were in town for Jeep Invasion and enjoyed our stay here. Pool inside and outside, we used the outdoor pool around 9pm while watching Jeeps drive by. Convenient location, walkable to restaurants and shopping. We do book this hotel any time we visit Pigeon Forge.

This place has gone downhill fast with no hope in sight. The room was terrible, walked in and the entertainment center had both doors broken off and just laying on it. The coffee table and end tables were barely standing and the cheap imitation wood wrap was peeled off most of it. The one shower leaked water constantly. The shower in the second bathroom was full of BLACK MOLD! Several light bulbs were missing throughout the room. The outside pool slide had a lot of plaster/concrete coating that was missing and several people were getting cut and scraped by simply going down the slide. My wife cut her elbow wide open on it and went to ask for a first aid kit and best they could do was give her a bandaid. After several others were hurt by the same slide, they finally shut it down. We’ve stayed here for 3 years in a row now and this has been by far the worst time staying here.

We had 14 people stayed in the deluxe family suite. Close to all our destinations. The WiFi did not work. There was no ice. Wish there was a way to cook.

This was the worst stay I have ever had in my life! Hidden charges and a very hot room!

The entire place was dirty especially the bathrooms. The pool was overly chlorinated and made my daughters skin burn.
