Pulling in to parking lot is tricky during high traffic events but not really properties fault

Everything was so good! It was Paradise. The staff was excellent! The lazy Riverwas so good. Towels and floats provided. Coffee and cookies in lobby for free. Easy location to attractions. A 24hr indoor pool. Luggage carts available in parking garage. Excellent for families and anyone. Complete supplies in kitchen down to cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. AAA+

Note maybe a onsite restaurant or bar would be nice.

The 4 bedroom 4 bathroom with amazing balcony in building 2 was perfect! It met all of our expectations and more! Lovely room, perfect building to pool, arcade, gym and lobby. We are definitely looking into booking again for next summer or sooner!

The room was great and loved having a private balcony. There were several amenities that we didn't get to use due to being at Dollywood and Splash Country all day both days we were there. The resort is in a great location with close, easy access to all the area has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

It was our 1st time staying here. I would definitely recommend staying here. Excellent condos and amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a golf course view room. Will stay here again if I return to this area.

The resort was beautiful. The staff was amazing. I was getting married on Sat in the mountains, but its was pouring down. I reached out to the steserbation staff who put me in touch with the manager and she was able to help.me find a alternative on the resort property that was covered. The rain stopped and we were able to marry outside by the river. The staff is amazing from recommending restaurants to helping me save my wedding.

I would definitely stay there again. It was so nice having a condo with kitchen, living and dining area. I hate being squished into one hotel room or having to be spread out over multiple rooms. My grandson liked having the options of the arcade, lazy river or in the indoor pool. It was nice and quiet around the resort with the golf course behind it but yet it only took minutes to get to anywhere we needed to go. If you have a big group, I will definitely stay there again.

This is our third time here this summer. We absolutely love this property. Everything from the condo interior, lazy river pool, river access, to the extremely friendly staff and beyond.

Loved the lazy river and the 24 hour pool!! The spa experience was out of this world.

Clean room. Nice little balcony

This property was fabulous! Just what my girlfriends and I were looking for. We had a lovely weeks stay in a 4 bedroom 4 bath condo and could not have been more pleased. Staff was very accommodating, condo was so clean and it was right in the middle of everything. The only thing that might have been better would be a restaurant. The food in town is atrocious and a restaurant that was dedicated to serving good food would be nice but that is nitpicking.would 100% recommend and would stay here again!
