Good location. Nearby a variety of restaurants

Great place. We would stay there again. Parking was just a bit tight but so are most other places.

Indoor pool and hot tub were good. Didn’t try to outside pool. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

However, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The entire motel had a very strong chlorine smell. I understand that some chlorine smell is expected because of the indoor pool, but I was surprised that it was noticeable in the rooms as well. It was pretty strong and not something I expected throughout the property. The elevator also felt pretty sketchy and, according to the posted information, was already beyond its required service date of May 2026, which was concerning. The parking situation was an absolute nightmare. There simply weren’t enough spaces, and the alternative was parking in the front of the motel near the strip, where you wouldn’t be able to see or keep an eye on your car. The TV in our room also kept turning off by itself, which was frustrating. Personally, I also didn’t find the bed very comfortable, so getting a good night’s sleep was difficult. Overall, the location is definitely a major plus, and the room itself was clean and looked nice. However, the strong chlorine smell, uncomfortable bed, elevator concerns, lack of parking, and TV issues really took away from the experience. There are definitely some things that could be improved to make guests feel more comfort

Hotel is located near the southern end of town on Great Smokey Mountain Parkway. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Two nice pools, one indoor, one outdoor, both with hot tubs. Breakfast selection was good and the breakfast area was well appointed and clean. Room was clean and quiet.

Rooms are clean. Staff is fast and friendly. Outdoor and indoor pool are nice. Hot tub was great! Breakfast is okay better than most. Coffee was good.
-
Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was good but could of had a few more optioms as it was the same everyday. Pool and hot tubs were always crowded but looked clean and well maintained.

Great place to stay with family. Close to everything and very clean.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Breakfast was far too crowded and powdered eggs, coffee was served in Styrofoam, didn't expect that, indoor hot tub was out of order, charged $22 for early check in which I thought was too much, room was ok though and clean.

We had to switch rooms because of "roley poley" bugs. I saw one here and there at first, but by the 3rd day I was uncomfortable after killing a few in a row. The front desk said it happens when it rains a lot. But we're happy to get us a new room. Other than that, it was a good stay. I don't think I would choose to stay here again in the future.

First two nights was annoying because of a baby crying for more than a hour in room next to me. Second night had to call desk to get it fixed. Overall it was a great place to stay.

rooms were clean, staff was helpful.

Nice staff. Great place to stay if you’re visiting pigeon forge

The property was well maintained and clean. The pool hours were limited if you had later dinner reservations. The most frustrating part about our stay was trying to find parking! It was nearly impossible after 9pm. This is something that will deter us from staying again.

Everything was absolutely amazing. I wish the dining room for breakfast was a little bigger. It was a little crowded but other than that we had an amazing time.
