I absolutely love staying here. The staff are always very friendly and wonderful.It is, you know, individually owned the owners.Are there and if there's ever any problems or anything you have to do is let them know , but it is really , really I love staying here

The staff was very nice & accommodating. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I liked the price for our length of stay. The pillows were too flat. It could be difficult getting into & out of the parking lot as any place pretty much is in this area.

The only real problem I had was they had to do some work on the main water line. They didn't give anyone a heads up on the problem we had to find out the hard way. That was not cool.

Location The bathroom was GROSS. Attached are photos of the pissy hairy toilet, hair in the tub, and the nasty hairy sink hole. That bathroom hasn't been cleaned properly in quite some time.

Affordable, clean and comfy beds. It’s a bit dated but right in the heart of pigeon forge! At a great rate! Staff was also very courteous and helpful
