TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge

Excellent location with grocery store next door (although we didn't use it).

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly, liked that they had breakfast in the mornings. It was within walking distance of what we were in town for.

Customer friendly and I was able to do early check in since we reached the pigeon forge before planned time. Clean and nice kitchen setup availability. Modernized rooms.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. Cleaning was meh and carpet clearly has animal urine stains on it in hallway but overall was okay cleanliness.

Main hotel areas were immaculate and clean. Breakfast area was well stocked and neatly organized. Our room was nice and spacious. However, there was dirty silverware in the dishwasher when we checked in and the plastic shower curtain had mold spots and was turning pink/orange on the bottom. I sent this info on the initial check in email I received asking how my check in was. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the amenities were great for a family with children. The proximity to all Pigeon Forge attractions can't be beat. Our room was clean other than those two issues. I would return even with those concerns.

The best part was the staff. They never seemed annoyed and were always very responsive and friendly which truly makes a world of a difference. Very happy! Had a wonderful stay and the rooms are spacious! Would highly recommend.

Had a corner room on the 2nd floor and stayed 2 nights. Room was huge with small kitchen and large bathroom. Room was very clean and well decorated! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast downstairs was perfect to start my day. I also loved the lounge seating area next to the lobby. This was a nice touch.

The stay was great. It seemed like a new built place so there were some bugs still being worked out but nothing crazy or major. We loved the pool for our boys and the size of the room was incredible. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

There was a weird light in the closet that kept coming on randomly in the middle of the night. It shone through the gap in the closed doors, would stay on for about 15-20 seconds and go out. This was an overnight stop during a move from one state to another, we were exhausted and just trying to sleep. I took photos, but in our haste to get on the road again in the morning forgot to ask at the front desk, no explanation for what it was.

This was a great hotel in a great location!! The store is steps away from the hotel. The breakfast is also the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!! I would definitely stay again.
