Poor lighting in shower, Toilet handle broken, have to pay for ice you use. Customer service is horrible .

The room was nice and clean, no hassle stay. The location was perfect.

It was the worst! 70’s vibe. My 12 yr old grandchildren were afraid to stay there. We drove home rather than stay in the facility.

Loved that it was only 5 minutes from Dollywood and easy to find. Loved that there was a decent little frig, a microwave, and a nice little couch in the room. I feel that it could have used some upgrades. There were areas in the room that i noticed that needed fixed or just redone completely. Couple cracks in the molding and small pieces of the floor missing.

The location was great. The room was clean and bigger than expected. The room had a old musty like smell when you first walked in. It settled on our clothes and travel bags.

Clean rooms and plenty of towels. The staff were super helpful and nice. We had a problem with the air conditioner around the middle of the night during our stay, but they were quick to move us to another room! Pool was nice and clean as well for a small outdoor pool.
