price location and comfortable I've booked here 4 times and each time i got a bottom floor i requested due to I'm a disabled vet and wife also disabled and sure stay had no problem helping customer service was outstanding.

They had an excellent breakfast and a very clean dinning room. Close to many shops and activities. Our room was very clean.

The location. The room was extremely moldy smelling. So much we bought candles at Yankee Candle to try and hide the smell. Burner axceptednit because we needed a pet room. Then day before we weee leaving, one of the “clean” towels received directly from the front desk had fecal matter in it. The manager would not even apologize. We asked for the General Manager to call us and 6 days later, nothing!!! So disgusting!!! I would never recommend this place! Our mother-in-law’s room had a roach. The worst part, was the manager could care less! Unbelievable.

There was a terrible smell, the AC didn't work, and there was water leaking all over the floor; the TV didn't work, the beds were dirty, and the bathroom walls were covered in filth—I think this was one of the worst stays of my life.

I loved that they include breakfast unlike more expensive hotels. The breakfast was pretty good and had multiple options. The staff was also friendly and there when you needed them. I'd stay again.

We stayed two nights for our Dollywood trip. Super close and near lots of other fun stuff. The rooms were quiet. The AC ran incredibly well on such a hot summer day. Staff were friendly and helped us check in a little late. I didn’t see the parking pass they gave me until we were leaving, so I didn’t use it in my car but would recommend you do!
