Was clean breakfast was good Didn't like you had to show a card to get breakfast and the noise was awful. Little kids running up and down halls late and early.

Our first room had an A/C unit leaking water onto the floor. There was standing water, and the wall/floor around the A/C was so soft from apparent water damage that it felt like you could fall through it. I was also concerned about moisture, mold, and what could be happening underneath the flooring. When we reported it around 8 PM, the initial solution was to put towels down. We had our 1-year-old with us who needed to go to bed, so I had to demand that we be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had its own issue. The A/C ran for nearly 24 hours and still could not properly cool the room, even set at 65°F. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of follow-up. Nobody checked to make sure the second room was actually comfortable or that our issues had been resolved. Things break, but the way a hotel responds matters. Water leaking into a guest room, apparent water damage, an A/C that doesn’t work properly, and no follow-up is unacceptable. For the price and reputation of the Ramsey, I expected much better.

Rooms were very quiet. Loved that the pool was 24hours. The elevators were sketchy. Noisy and hot. Sometimes didn't work.
