Good loction

It was located close to everything so it has that ! When you first arrive at the lobby it looks run down and very low budget. The pool is in the middle of the parking lot. And the yard for the dog to use the grass is over run by geese and alot of droopings. I guess for the price you get what you pay for. Very noisy also. Didn't have a very good experience.

Being close to the creek outside watching the ducks and geese I didn't stay a little longer

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, you can walk to a lot of shops. It was pet friendly. The beds were comfortable. The pool could have been a little cleaner. We didn’t get in it.

The sheets on both beds had stains on them and we requested that they be changed. The nightstand and chair was nasty with visible sticky, powdery substance. We went and bought cleaner/disinfectant and cleaned the nightstand, table, chair, tv stand, microwave, sink and shower ourselves. The phone in the room didn't work along with the tv remote. There was no hairdryer. We did go to the office and the attendant did send a gentleman to change the beds and we were given a different tv remote and hairdryer. The beds were not comfortable. It wasn't the best experience but not the worst. The staff needs to make sure the things in the rooms are clean and working. My daughter did enjoy feeding the ducks. They came right up to her. I hope the reviews give feedback so they know what needs improvement. Staff very friendly, respectful and seemed to want to fix the problems. Please see above.

We had a late check in, the office closes early so she left my room keys, receipt and parking pass out on the mailbox for me. The room was very clean and definitely beyond my expectations for the price point. Excellent affordable stay.

The smell of smoke in our non smoking room and the smell of pot coming from somewher.

The location was good, all the fun places were at a walkable distance. It was all Great

Nothing Roaches. Commode won't flush shades was torn up

Location It’s turned into low income housing with full time residents running around making it feel unsafe. We left to get another place.

Location The roaches, no cold water in the 1st room, black water in the 2nd room, no water pressure in the last room and to top it off they charged me extra for my service dog which is illegal. I reserved a room with a hot tub the 2 they had are the first 2 rooms I spoke of so when I told the lady about the roaches and water she informed me move rooms or submit for a refund very rude will never ever go back
