The hotel was very easy to get to from the airport. We took the Metro and walked about 350m to the hotel. Very easy walk. Also lots of options for restaurants. Roof top was closed. We were invited to go to the property across the street.

The staff are very friendly and helpful

Sewage smell leakage through the drainage pipe. Very dangerous place to stay. Very bad bathroom. Used lot of perfumes to saturated the urine smell.

They make sure you have everything, slippers, USB port, toothbrush, Q tips. Staff was beyond hospitable!! Great location, walked to the port. Spotless clean! The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress ( too hard for my liking). Other than that everything was amazing!!! Hard mattress

Everything was very clean and close to all amenities at the port. Nothing

Staff was friendly and location was near public transportation. You could almost go anywhere. Breakfast was very good. Large deck and room was spacious. When I needed supplies, the front desk gave me more than I needed. Unable to change thermostat when it got hot or even make that fan at a higher speed. Bathroom stunk from lower units below us. To use the toilet, you had to get in the shower to close the door so you could access it. Maid service was in constant when it came to supplies. There was mold on the corner of the shower and we let them know but nothing was done.

Convenient location near the port. Clean modern facilities. My room had a large terrace.

The staff were excellent and super helpful. The breakfast was good, just what we needed, good options but light. Great A/C in the Athens heat. We stayed before getting on a cruise. Clean and simple rooms, nothing fancy but an exactly what we needed after a long travel day. They helped us get a cab to the port-not walkable. The neighborhood had a lot of construction happening but it’s a city, so par for the course. Not something bad, just something to know if you’re sensitive to noise.

Served it's purpose as a clean, quiet place to stay right near the port when catching an early ferry. Even though the hotel contacted us to ask our arrival time and we responded in good time, there was no room for us when we arrived. We were kept waiting more than half an hour having had a long flight and train journey. It was stifling hot and I had to ask for a glass of water rather than being offered. The staff were phoning back and forth and trying to identify an available room and summon a cleaner, which made it a stressful start to the stay.

I liked that it was clean. And, within walking distance from the port. I didn’t like that some reservations included breakfast and others did not. Our’s did not. I also didn’t like the area. I must be very old. I was run down.

The staff was great and the room looked nice. There was mold in the bathroom and the beds are hard.

Great location.spacious rooms. The bed was hard.

The hotel is located very close to the ferry that you use to travel to various islands so it was a convenient choice for staying in for one night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (they were a total highlight of the property!). The breakfast was also good in the morning. It contained a lot more options than we initially thought. They really packed a lot of things into a small space. The beds were not the most comfortable. Both my husband and I commented on them separately to each other.

Great place, the Manager help get early check in which was great. Very clean property. Nothing

Very close to the port, great if you are going to take the ferries to other islands Very clean and good breakfast

Breakfast room a bit crammed but food was very good. Luckily, they have an extra breakfast eating space across the lobby. We had a top floor room with a huge balcony and great views. Sliding doors allowed for great ventilation. Extra bathroom down the hall was also very convenient. Nice frig and stove top in the closet. Staff very helpful with getting taxis, providing information. One block from metro station and close to port. Shower drainage was slow.

The staff, both at the Reception and at the restaurant for breakfast, are very kind and professional. The location is perfect if you have to catch a ferry in the morning. It’s not very well maintained and there are no blinds so it’s very bright in the morning
