Breakfast could have been a little better.

Close to everything really and decent restaurants close by. More pictures of Italy. The building is old, so could do with few renovations, like a new elevator. Our room was recently renovated. The light could be a bit better in the room though and maybe add a few pictures? The walls feel kinda empty

perfect location, staff helping you in everything

The workers were fabulous and so helpful! It was too noisy in the early morning.

Great location! Restaurants, shopping, and the Tower of Pisa close by The bathroom wasn't clean

Location couldn't be better!! Right under there are some amazing restaurants. it is exactly about 4 min walking to the Tower of Pisa. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean, new fluffy towels etc.. the staff is amazing as well. I LOVED Pisa!! an extra toilet paper on the bathroom would be nice!

Easy location to get around town. Minimal breakfast. Ok with us. The room was a little small. No place to put luggage. We could have used a luggage rack.

Beautiful hotel. Location perfect. Staff outstanding. Special thanks to Damian Can't say there was anything.

It is in a prime location next to the Pisa Tower and its cathedrals and attractions. The hotel is also on the Main Street with tonnes of restaurants to choose from, and the automatic door was super helpful for entry when your hands are full with luggage. I loved our stay at Hotel Francesco for many reasons - hot water was on demand for showers (we had issues at previous hotels), and comfy beds. All amenities worked, including the A/C on a fewer of the hotter days there. They offer daily breakfast with a selction of baked breads, cheeses, yogurts, fruits and juice, and even handmade cappuccinos from one of the hotel staff, Laura (grazie mille!!). I was fortunate enough to talk with her for a bit one morning, and not only is she fun to chat with, she gave me many recommendations for things to see and do, and what to avoid. Indrít checked us in on our arrival and was very helpful when we needed miscellaneous things we had forgotten. He too, suggested more events and festivals to visit. Damian was also super friendly and kind every time we passed the front desk and helped us out. I have nothing but good to say about this hotel, and would recommend it to everyone! Nothing.

Pretty basic.

The location! Just a short walk 200m from the Pisa tower plaza. On the pedestrian street lined with outdoor cafés and shops. A mini market (convince store) next door. A 5 minute taxi ride (15€) across the river from the train station. The room was on the 2nd floor over the pedestrian sleep. Even with all the people and activities going on during the evening, room was pretty quiet. The room had a small refrigerator, and the air conditioning worked. They offered a small breakfast for 5€ per person. Very basic, croissants, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt cups, some fruit, coffee and juice. Not really a dislike, just be aware rooms are very small. But, we did not book this with the intent of spending a lot of time in the room. A simple, clean, efficient place to wash up, change, and sleep.

The location could not have been better. The concierge was extremely helpful and caring. Bravo to him! The room was just outdated, needed a little TLC but apart from that, as I shared, the location made up for any short comings of the room itself. Navigating TO the hotel, via automobile, was challenging at best. That said, those very challenges are what I enjoy about traveling in Europe. One never knows what is in store for them until it begins to unfold. I love Italy!

we booked for a couple wiht 3 kids, there was only 2 kids beds. We had to sleep with the 3rd one.

Location amazing Not clean floor was wet and dirty
-
The location & complimentary breakfast Small room & shower was weak. It stopped while I was showering, must be the next room is also using the bathroom. Our room is on 4th floor. The elevator only gets to 3rd floor so we have to carried our luggages. However, the location is excellent.

The management and the location , Room was clean and comfortable
-
Quiet, spacious room, with good bathroom, good lighting, excellent air conditioning and excellent refrigerator and television. Very comfortable bed. The location is ideal with a view of the leaning tower from the terrace. Plenty of excellent restaurants just a few feet away. No traffic noise. All the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The room safe was old and did not work. Could do with a shelf in the bathroom and coat hangers.
