It was unique. Staff was friendly. Very close to train station and other things. Felt like the immediate area was a bit unsafe. No elevator.

A very unique, older hotel in Pisa with an amazing location right near the train station. The convenience was absolutely wonderful for getting around the area. We did not speak much Italian, however the staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. They also gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner that evening, which was conveniently close to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Nothing everything was great!

- family-ran for 80 years / sons & their parents work there - steps away from Pisa Centrale train station (has direct lines to cinque terre) - 10-15mins walk to the tower of pisa (front desk provides a city map) - has a garden with lemon plants; you can dine here - breakfast : pastries, coffee, tea (more options during summer) - bathroom : great water pressure; shower gel provided in the shower & bathroom sink - eco-friendly: hallway & bathroom have motion-sensored lights - has 2 bright lights in the room & 1 in the bathroom (you cannot dim it) - refrigerator, safe & tv are available - has a small ref in the reception area for cold drinks & water (great option if you don’t have time to go to a grocery store) - near a grocery store (carrefour express) Things to know: - since it’s an old building, walls are thin & you can hear people from the hallway & if someone buzzes from the front desk (I was in a room on the 2nd floor) - city tax is cash only (2.5 euros per day as of April 2026) None

Location just steps from the train station. Staff was very welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer but had to catch a train. Easy to catch the bus to the leaning tower. Nothing comes to mind.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The bad itself was barely acceptable, and the topper on it was like a rollercoaster. I couldn't sleep well, and in the morning at 6 am, there was already a loud noise from the corridor of the hotel.

Super convenient location. Older property that has been refurbished and is in great shape. Very kind staff.
