Location Rooms are very basic. Not well furnished and maintenece. Rooms are very small. No elevator

Lovely hotel, very large room for 4 people, staff was wonderful only a 6 min walk to the tower and food would definitely stay here again A/c is weak but that is normal for Europe so it’s ok. WiFi only works downstairs

property nice n vlean we stay for s night because its very late in PISA no return train and buses so we book this for one night for. 297$ late n very early road noise but if u r very tyed u can sleep good

Location , friendly staff and safe off street parking for my motorcycle. Very small room . No facilities to make an evening cuppa . For the price I don’t understand these places no having available facilities.

The hotel is very well located , front desk was open until 23:30 to meet us . The room is small but clean . There is no water in a room , and no slippers . And if you arrive late - there no shops around working until late evening . We paid separately for breakfast -5€ for a person , and it’s good and worth the money . Thanks for a kind service to the hostess lady

Staff were exceptional friendly, accommodating and helpful Bed was a bit hard, not extremely uncomfortable but noticeable. Not a big problem was just a small comment, still slept like a baby

The hotel is very cozy and just a 7-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The rooms are small but comfortable. We added breakfast to our stay, and it was quite good! There was a nice selection of meats, cheese, dairy products, and fruits. The coffee was amazing, and Daniela made it beautifully for us ❤️. A special thanks to her for her kindness and the helpful tips about where to go and what to see. Thank you so much! -

Terrace, good pillows, room with the windows/balcony towards the courtyard, friendly staff, good location (not too far from the main sights, nor from reasonably priced parking) Mosquitos in the room, mattress was quite hard, only expensive street parking nearby (had to park a bit further)
