Limited options for breakfast. Bathroom size was too small.

The atmosphere and right on the canal. Water taxi was very convenient and great breakfast Everything was wonderful

Staff was great and helpful. The room smelled like moth balls but the desk provided air freshener. Very small room but it was clean and had an usb adapter cube which was great for Americans traveling. Location was great only 100 yds to the leaning tower Smell of room size of room and bathroom

Absolutely nothing. Without doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty, worn carpets, very badly decorated (back in the 1950s), the bed was like laying on concrete, the pillows were like telephone books, the bathroom was so small my knees touched the wall when I took a shit. This place needs to be demolished.

The location is perfect, very close to the Tower. The breakfast was just right, the room and bathroom very clean. Perfect choice for those who don´t require top luxury and uniform white appartments but rather enjoy some nostalgic flair.

Incredible location with view of tower from our rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I would've liked a kettle and mini fridge in the room.

Breakfast

The hotel was very close to the Torre di Pisa. I could see the top of it from my bedroom window, which was a definite treat. Needless to say, the location was so convenient, especially for someone traveling alone. I was able to stay out after dark because it felt safe. The location was super quiet and I slept really well. There were extra blankets available. The rooms was very plain but clean and adequate for one or two nights. The room I had was very plain and small. When I first walked in, it didn't feel at all inviting, but the view from the window made up for all of that. If someone is looking for a prettier and cozier looking room, it could be a bit disappointing, but it's a clean, quiet and conveniently located hotel. Could use some general sprucing up probably to make it look a bit more inviting. However, I would definitely recommend without reservation.

We stayed at the hotel from 19th to 21st Dec 2025 with family, 2 rooms. 1. Location-location-location. 2. Better than what I expected. hardly 70 mts from the Leaning tower of Pisa. Probable one of the only hotels this close to the tower. 3. the check-in was smooth. 4. we were given rooms just as shown in the photos while booking. We could see Pisa tower from hotel window. 5. After rush hours, we had the Pisa complex was all to ourselves. Cannot believe, such a historic sight, stone throw from our hotel. 6. We drove down from Venice. There is a big parking, safe, secure lot right outside the Pisa old city gate. 7. The day we had to depart it was PISA Marathon. VELANIO at the reception called for taxis, big thanks to him. 8. Availability of an elevator was a big plus plus. Everything was good, with few exceptions: 1. No hot water kettle on the rooms. It was given on request by the staff at reception (1 for both rooms). 2. Breakfast with limited options(very less for vegetarians). Nothing else to add, rest was very good.

Property needs a total renovation, looks like nothing has been done in 40 years!

We loved the fantastic location and being able to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room! The bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel is rated three stars, but is only in the lobby and restaurant, other than that I give two stars. It says it’s been remodeled but I don’t know how

The location is excellent, literally around the corner of the leaning Tower of Pisa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and even has a small terrace to sit and relax. The shower is a bit on the small side. If you're a big guy or girl you might have a problem to fit inside :)
